The views were perfection, the beds were very comfortable. It’s a nice house but it needs some attention. There were scuff marks on most of the walls and black mold on the ceiling in the half bathroom off the family room and an abundance of rust. The flooring in front of the door on the main floor leading out to the top deck was sagging really bad, felt like we were going to fall through the floor and bath towels felt like sandpaper and there was no grill.

The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Location is amazing and what views we had! Will definitely be back and had an amazing time. The astroturf in the back was such a wonderful amenity for our pup! She thought she was at a park each day. Thank you for w wonderful house.

Excellent Property

We really enjoyed this house and location. We'ce been to other nearby beaches but this was our first time in Oak Island. Everything was great from the layout of the house to the decks/pool and easy beach access. We hope to return next year!

The house itself was beautiful. We enjoyed the view and we loved it.The Troubles we had with the home were that there were no communication.\n On how to actually work the elevator so unfortunately, they had to call maintenance out and my boys had to lug everything up 3 flights of steps in the beginning for the kitchen items. I wish that on each door they would have a how to work. The elevator. The communication back-and-forth was very good.It was very speedy, and they were very polite. My overall experience was amazing. Not only with the communications but with the home , I do recommend this house for any family or anybody who's looking to get away for vacationThe communication back-and-forth was very good. Amazing house!

The house was great! Any little issues we had when we had there, beach rental sent someone out to fix it that day! They were great to work with. The only thing I would recommend is the pictures inside the cabinets would been helpful if there on the website with the house pictures. I wouldn't have taken so much for the kitchen.
