Relax in the separate den for watching TV, casual dining, reading and napping. Sleep in one of the 3 bedrooms, all with king beds. Two bathrooms, both with large showers. Each room and the lanai have high efficiency, quiet fans. **NOTE There is ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION on the property adjacent to us, with site work for roads using heavy equipment expected to continue M-F business hours through May 2025. Dust fencing was delayed but is now up as of week 1 February 2025. Home construction on the adjacent property will commence summer 2025.
Our home is situated on 2 lushly landscaped acres of land with a professional grade, private tennis/ pickle ball court available for your use. The court is lined for both tennis and pickle ball. There are 4 homes on the estate, all designed and built to maximize the views. Parking on the property. The Shops at Wailea are a short walk and an even shorter drive away.

Our home is truly a home away from home and our kids have grown up on this beach. We are steps from the best beach in Maui: Keawakapu Beach. The home offers plenty of privacy, spacious cooking & entertainment spaces, lanai seating, privacy and relaxation in a setting that is 'Old Hawaii'--lush landscaping, tons of grass for kids to run safely and a private tennis court. It is paradise.

What makes this property unique
Our home is steps from the best beach in Maui: Keawakapu Beach where you can walk for miles, swim, body surf, boogie board, snorkle, stroll to Sarento's on the Beach or the Five Palms for a drink or a great meal, watch the sunsets, bike to La Perouse Bay. We are a short walk (less than 1 mile south) from the Shops at Wailea, close to the fancy hotels and eateries but able to retreat to our private estate for privacy and serenity. Our kids grew up on this beach and safely played all night long on the grounds of the estate. We've made lasting friendships here.
