Our 2-bedroom Mana Kai condo is fully equipped with everything you need and is great for families. It has a full kitchen, split A/C in both bedrooms, and an open living room with sliding glass doors that lead to a spacious lanai overlooking the beach.

Mana Kai Maui is an eight-story resort situated right on a beautiful white-sand cove of the Keawakapu Beach, one of the best and also most kids-friendly beaches on Maui. Our condo is on the 7th floor with unobstructed views of the ocean and outer islands.

One of the best snorkeling reefs is just steps away, and you are within minutes from upscale shopping and restaurants in Wailea or more affordable, surfer-spirited Kihei. Golf courses and tennis courts are nearby.

We love this place and hope you’ll like it too!

It wasn't the typical Maui vacation due to the Kona storm that affected the island but the staff and the owner were very responsive and helpful. The owner always replied to my messages as we dealt with storm issues. We never lost power and had good Internet while we sheltered inside. If it had been typical Maui weather it has a gorgeous view and nice beach/grounds to relax on. We did see whales breeching from the lanai.

The view and location are incredible, but for the price we paid we would have expected some basic amenities such as shampoo/conditioneer and non-coin operated laundry. The unit could use some new carpet. The condo had a musky smell to it.

Amazing views. We have visited the Mana Kai several years (I grew up going to the Mana Kai) and love this property. This was our first time staying at Igor’s condo and it was great! All the kitchen amenities and it was clean. We loved the large table outside and all the chairs! The lock off works out well and the grandparents were able to join us for a couple of days and had their own space. We have booked again for next year!

The washer and dryer were easy to use and very conveniently located to the Condo. It will be absolutely perfect when they get the bar and restaurant back open. Wonderful condo, perfect location with amazing view of ocean. Condo complex is perfectly situated on the beach with pool and spacious lawn area for lounging. Chaise lounges available for lawn area and beach chair & umbrella, SUP, life jackets, snorkeling gear & more available to rent (condo had 4 beach chairs & an umbrella already. Beds were super comfortable (pull out couch was not amazing but are they ever?!) beach towels also provided.

The view is absolutely incredible, there aren't words to describe what it's like in-person. The unit was as photographed and described, equipped with plenty of towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella, allowing us to start our vacation immediately. Igor and Claudia were very kind, allowing us to check-in early and even offering to reimburse us for a small purchase if there was something we needed for the unit and stay.

This was our first visit to Maui, and we weren’t sure where to stay on the island. Our stay at the Mana Kai Maui condo in Kihei far exceeded our expectations. The location was central to everything, and the view from our condo was breathtaking. We were located right on the beach with wonderful views of the sunset. This is a perfect spot for a beach that is safe for kids but great to snorkel at, boogie board, and paddle board in the morning. We saw a few turtles both snorkeling and even from the room. Rental staff are excellent. The 808 market is convenient. Beach chairs and umbrella included in the room were a great touch. This worked great for our family!

The perfect setting

We love staying at the Mana Kai and 708 was perfect for another stay. The rooms were clean and the kitchen has everything you need for creating meals. We love the grills for outdoor cooking. We loved our stay.

Family vacation

This place was a great place to stay with two teenage girls they had the back room to themselves with their own bathroom. Me and the hubby enjoyed the front room with the beautiful ocean view. Its safe and great for families to stay with a pool and gym available aswell. The owner provides plenty of towels for a week stay. The AC works great! Not that we used it much we left the balcony screen door open every night the sounds of the ocean waves completed our stay. Plenty of restaurants just few miles away. I would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Why Mana Kai: In 1998, we stayed for the first time at the Mana Kai Maui with out 6-months old son. It was love at the first sight: we've been back every year! After 6-7 visits, we decided to buy the condo. It is our happy place - everyone in the family loves it there! It's so beautiful, peaceful, and convenient too. The Mana Kai is right on the beach - we fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake up to the songs of birds; we watch whales from the lanai and go snorkeling without driving anywhere; we love to stroll along the seemingly endless, most beautiful and uncrowded beaches of the South Shore. We hope your experience will be just as wonderful!
