The house was amazing, just as described plenty to beach stuff. Shopping and dining close by. We were able to get in on time. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a wonderful week at the beach with plenty of room to spread out and come back together to watch movies and play games. The house is beautiful and spacious.
This was a lovely home! Would love to come and spend some more time here. There is beach access, Johnson park, and a Mexican restaurant all walking distance. Owner was friendly and responsive. House is in good condition and stocked with a lot of things. Our family enjoyed the stay!
A beautiful beach house in a perfect location. The homeowner thought of everything and then some! The bottle of chilled champagne in the refrigerator was very welcoming. We definitely stay here again.
The location is just outside the hustle and bustle with great food, grocery, pharmacy options close by. Just a quick 5-6 mins drive to FloraBama and a few more from there to the Wharf. House has everything you need for a comfortable and spacious, relaxing stay. Entrance to National Seashore (entry fee but well worth it!) is a quick 2 min drive right there on the same road with no need to fight traffic for miles! Loved having the enclosed/fenced yard and porches for our dog who is used to having this type of space at home. We will absolutely return again!
As the Gulf Coast goes, this place is in a good location where there is a little less traffic and a calmer vibe. Still close to restaurants, grocery stores and things to do, but in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the Johnson Beach National Park. There are a couple of dog parks close by, and you can walk your dog around the neighborhood and on the trails in the national park, just not on the beaches. The house was roomy, very clean and had everything we needed for three couples to have a very comfortable stay. We appreciated all the amenities provided. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.
Stay was great, description was accurate, and house well accomidated with the necessary house amenities (bonus: had tons of communal beach goodies). Value is top notch on this property/ Host combo!
Single level main living space was a huge deal for us with little ones and we still had plenty of space to spread out when needed. Also elevator and garage combo have spoiled us for transporting things around. Lastly, small thing, door chimes for main entrances and exits, huge help with the kiddos.
If you dont like high-rises and loads of people Perdido Key seemed to the place to be for us!
Absolutely everything we could hope for in a vacation home. The location is perfect for enjoying one of this country ’s most beautiful beaches. The home is comfortable and well stocked. Absolutely gorgeous with a very welcoming host to guide you.
We absolutely loved this house. It was spacious and comfortable and the back deck was amazing especially since it was screened in you could stay out there all day with no worries about mosquitoes. It was tucked away at the end of a culdesac so it added some more privacy from neighbors. The host was excellent and quick in responding to all my questions before and during our stay. We loved that there were some beach essentials to use (beach wagon was a huge bonus). The kitchen had everything you needed to cook and the elevator came in handy multiple times! One thing that one of our guests did comment on was the larger bedroom was very bright first thing in the morning due to a window above the bed that didn’t have a curtain (not a big deal tho). The guest bathroom shower is tricky to use so I would suggest instructions being provided for that, we had never seen a shower handle like that before but also not a big deal just quirky. We found the community pool to be decent but very tight if more than 1 large group was there at the same time but still enjoyed it. We did walk to the beach once but was a bit of a trek with young kids and babies so we opted for driving into Johnson beach each day instead (less crowds too). We would definitely go back and would recommend to friends and family!
To start, the area is simply amazing! Kind of tucked back in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the beach, shopping and not far from downtown life, without having to be in the hustle and bustle nonstop and no spending half of your vacation waiting on elevators! The home itself was AMAZING! Cozy, CLEAN, the decor was perfect. The kitchen was perfect and so beautiful, plenty of space for our family to spend time together, or enjoy some quiet time. There was everything we needed for everyday living and more. Coffee on the back deck was a morning ritual for me. I was able to relax and enjoy our vacation!! Will definitely stay here again!
My friends and I travel to the coast every summer for the Emerald Coast Bowling Tournament. This was the first time I try a house instead of a condo and loved it. Quiet, nice area, plenty of space and a Badass house. Would definitely book again
The house was beautiful and the host was excellent!
Our overall stay was relaxing and peaceful. The property is absolutely beautiful and has all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. Sloan was phenomenal! He even allowed for an early check-in which was just the cherry on top! 😀
Loved our stay. Perdido is our favorite area in Florida, and Johnson's beach is at the top of our list. This home is just seconds away. Wonderful layout of the house! We loved the screened in porch. A plus to this house was access to the community pool and when we went we had the pool all to ourselves. Very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back. Owner was very accommodating and the house was well stocked. Our favorite perk was the elevator it made everything so much easier! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home! We made a ton of memories!
We had an wonderful time! The home was beautiful and fit all of our needs to a tee! We had 4 adults and 3 kids in our group and we all had plenty of room to spread out. Loved the location; about a 5 minute drive to the state park/beach (which is free for military!). Even at a small cost, it is highly worth it. The owner/property manager was excellent to work with! This home is beautiful and I highly recommended it!

Why they chose this property
The home is situated in a small, quiet neighborhood on the eastern end of Perdido Key. You’ll be within 5 mins. (by vehicle) of grocery stores, local restaurants, and a great seafood market. Gulf Islands National Seashore, which offers miles of undeveloped, federally preserved beaches, is right down the street from the house and is a fantastic place to sunbathe, birdwatch, and collect seashells. (NOTE: this beach does have a $25 entrance fee per vehicle for a 7-day pass.) Other nearby beach options include Perdido Key State Park and the handful of public beach areas—all within a 5 min. drive. Big Lagoon State Park is also a quick drive across the bridge and offers bayside beaches, kayaking, and miles of hiking trails.
The Perdido Key area moves at a slower pace than the neighboring beach towns but is only a short drive to historic downtown Pensacola (which offers tons of restaurants, breweries, and local shops), Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores. It really is the perfect spot for whatever you’re up for!
