Globalement la maison est top, spacieuse et trĂšs bien situĂ©e car 5min Ă  pied de la plage et 10 du centre de Carnac plage. Point positifs: Situation Les peintures intĂ©rieures et extĂ©rieures ont Ă©tĂ© refaites Sols de l’étage refaits Spacieuse Propre ClĂŽture jardin refaite en partie (plus de trous dans le grillage comme j’avais lu dans certains avis) Point d’amĂ©lioration/nĂ©gatifs: La CUISINE qui est fort vieillissante Les salles de bains peu modernes Bruits de l’avenue des druides

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passĂ© une bonne semaine Dans cette maison en location. Elle est bien situĂ©e, Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate des commerces et de la plage. L’avenue est un peu bruyante mais cela ne nous a pas dĂ©rangĂ©. Petit bĂ©mol, l’incivilitĂ© de certaines personnes qui ont dĂ©versĂ© leurs poubelles quasi toutes les nuits dans le jardin !!! La maison mĂ©riterait un peu de rafraĂźchissement extĂ©rieure et intĂ©rieure mais pour un sĂ©jour en vacances nous n’avons rien Ă  redire.

) et l’accĂšs au wifi serait bienvenu État de propretĂ© laissant Ă  dĂ©sirer ( traces de saletĂ© et vĂ©tustĂ©. ) DangerositĂ© des sols dans les piĂšces d’eau: carrelage ultra glissant On s’attend Ă  mieux quand on loue par Interhome!!!

Das Haus liegt an einer stark frequentierten Straße, in der Beschreibung nicht angegeben SchrĂ€nke sind teilweise mit den privaten Dingen der Besitzer voll gestopft Im KĂŒhlschrank klebte an der KĂŒhlung noch der Rest der Petersilie In der SpĂŒle kein Stöpsel Man hat das GefĂŒhl das Haus hat noch nie eine Kontrolle gehabt

La maison est agrĂ©able et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Elle est conforme au descriptif . Seul bĂ©mol, l’avenue des druides qui est passante et peut gĂ©nĂ©rer du bruit et le jardin est sensĂ© ĂȘtre clos mails il y a un trou dans la palissade Je recommande cette location

la propriĂ©tĂ© laisse un peu Ă  dĂ©sirer , la porte d'entrĂ©e est abĂźmĂ©e et sale, c'est la 1ere chose que l'on voit en arrivant et ce n'est pas franchement motivant, la piĂšce de vie et la cuisine sont correctes , le garage n'est pas rangĂ©, il est censĂ© y avoir une table de ping pong mais celle-ci Ă  le pied cassĂ©. concernant l'Ă©tage dans les salles de bain la peinture s'Ă©caille et tombe rĂ©guliĂšrement par terre. l’échelle du lit superposĂ© tient avec des bouts de ficelles et la literie est Ă  peine convenable . le jardin est agrĂ©able mais manque d'entretien (bouteille de verre au fond semi-enterrĂ©e) et il est extrĂȘmement brillant car en bordure d'une route trĂšs passante.
