Escape city life & enjoy a quiet home to relax, romance or just recharge when you are on a long journey. Conveniently located off I5 at exit 670, about half way between Seattle and Southern California. This fully equipped 1-Bedroom studio has central A/C and Heating and everything you need. It has a queen size bed in the bedroom as well as an IKEA convertible bed for up to 2 kids or an adult in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with a full size fridge, 4 burner propane stove with oven, coffee maker and convection toaster oven. There are pots and pans and dishes and a kitchen table. We offer Streaming Television too!
Located in Anderson CA just south of Redding in Shasta County. Mount Lassen National Park to the east is known for its bubbling Lava mud features, and hiking areas. Shasta Mountain, Burney Falls and McCloud Falls are to the North. Visit Redding and the iconic Sundial Bridge and some of the great restaurants in town. You will want to get in early on Thursday and Friday before O'dells BBQ runs out of their famous BBQ Brisket!
Redding is home to the famous Sundial Bridge spaning the Sacramento River.and Turtle Bay Nature Museum. Check out the antique stores or the Cottonwood Rodeo too.
We do allow a dog to join you if it's non-violent but no cats. We are allergic. There is a 50 pet fee and a Pet Policy to sign as well.
We ask you to park your car on the grass opposite the front gate. The unit is tucked behind the garage. We have room on the grass if you are pulling a trailer or boat.
This unit is great for a little romantic getaway or if you just need a comfortable place to rest on a long I-5 journey. It's perfect if you are in the area for work and need a place to call home, away from home.
