Stay in an established neighborhood close to shopping, Shasta Lake, and 2.2 miles to Bethel church. 2 miles to I-5 and 1.8 miles to Raleys. Private master bedroom and bath, connected to a single-family residence, some walls connect but no one has access to that space but the guest. Guests do not access the main part of the home. Double patio doors provide a separate entrance with queen size bed, updated tiled bathroom, hanging rack for clothes, dining table and two chairs, TV with Apps, microwave, and mini-fridge. Free WIFI.
Sorry, no pets ( even special service dogs) no kids, no smoking.

Within 10 mins of Shasta Dam for a tour. Or an hour to the ski lifts.

This is a great place to stay for a night or two- think comfortable hotel room, but with treats, a great coffee/tea station, and safe, quiet neighborhood. The bed was comfy, communication with Sierra was good, she's really responsive. The room is attached to the main house, with a shared wall, so there can be a little noise, but nothing like you get in a hotel. I felt very much at home there, and would stay again.

We enjoyed the stay and everything was just as expected. Very clean and it was with in min to my son home so it worked out very nice. Great location and very quiet. We would stay here again when we come back to Redding.

Redding Paradise

A lovely place on a quite residential street just a hop, skip and jump from everything. Loved having fresh coffee in the morning after waking up from a great sleep on a comfortable queen size bed with luxuriously soft sheets. We loved the place!

A Nook in the North

We had a pleasant stay in this lovely Redding property. It is a studio apartment built adjacent to the main house, but it still was quiet and comfortable.

Wonderfully quiet, clean, well appointed studio with private entrance and private bath and beautiful shower, microwave, fridge and Keurig. We enjoyed our stay and the host was very accomodating. We hope to come back again!

Good For A Short Stay

Booking this Vrbo was very easy and handling the checking was very smooth with easy instructions. In a decent neighborhood, no problems or such, and is very easy to access. The place was well kept and clean as well. It is as advertised, small, but fit for a few days stay. Only knack would be the unavoidable fact that you may hear the hosts through the walls, but nothing terrible. Overall it got the job done just great.

Cozy little studio!

Here for a night to break up the drive from Oregon, just what we needed! Cozy with all the essentials, and our mini travel crib fit in the closet so our 15 month old could sleep in peace.

Sweet Spot

It was easy to find, very clean and cozy. Nicely furnished and equipped. The black-out curtains were very nice when we were trying to sleep in. The bathroom and shower were very nice. We got to see our daughter in a play at the Redding Performing Arts Center that was much better than we expected - very fun and highly enjoyable. It was a great weekend!

Perfect resting place

This house was perfect for us as we were attending a conference at Bethel and needed a place close by to sleep. It was a few minutes away the church, in a great neighborhood and easy to get to during breaks. The house had everything we needed. The fridge was great to put beverages in and hold a few salads. Kurig coffee and a few snacks provided was a very nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.
