Cocoonr offers this delightful 120 m² chalet in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via to rent for up to 8 people. Chalet Nivaria is located in the Domaine des Cerfs, a quiet wooded area close to the forest and hiking trails.

It comprises a lovely 55 m² living room with fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 500 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
On the main level:
- 55 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

Lower level:
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with two bunk beds (for a total of 4 beds)
- Ski-room equipped for 8 people with boot dryer
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

- A 20 m² south-facing terrace accessible from the living room, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The chalet is ideally located in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
