The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, including a master suite / dressing room and a bathroom.
The third bedroom has a sofa bed for one person.
The second bedroom also has an office space and an en-suite shower room.

You can enjoy a large living room with a stretch ceiling, a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen: steam oven, induction hobs, additional freezer, etc.

Les photos sont belles mais ne reflètent pas que c'est un vieil appartement mal isolé et mal entretenu à l'exception de la cuisine récente.On ne peut pas utiliser de papier toilette dans un WC (sur deux) donc il n'y a qu'un WC fonctionnel.La douche ne fournit pas d'eau froide (l'autre salle de bain a de l'eau froide).Il y a très peu de vaisselle disponible, exactement 4 verres, pas de bol, pas de tasse, donc le lave-vaisselle tourne tous les jours.La conduite de la VMC de l'immeuble passe dans l'appartement donc il y a un bruit de soufflerie et vibration constant.En cas de météo chaude, l'appartement, est un four: vieille baie vitrée sans store fonctionnel.La douchette de l’évier ne fonctionne pas.2 matelas sont tachés.La chambre canapé lit est en fait un canapé en simili cuir sur lequel on ne peut pas dormir car il n'y a pas de matelas ni drap.Les évacuations de la baignoire et lavabo sont pratiquement bouchées, l'eau s’évacue très mal.C'est cher payé pour le peu de qualité.

Je suis assez surprise par ce commentaire, qui donne une image très différente non seulement de l’appartement, mais aussi des échanges que nous avons eus pendant votre séjour. Vous m’avez en effet signalé que quelques détails en précisant à plusieurs reprises qu’ils ne constituaient pas un problème pour votre séjour, et vous ne m’avez demandé aucune intervention. Je souhaite donc apporter quelques précisions, point par point. Vous étiez quatre voyageurs et disposiez d’un appartement d’environ 180 m², avec deux grandes chambres équipées de grands lits confortables, ainsi que d’une terrasse plein sud d’environ 80 m². La troisième chambre comporte, comme indiqué dans l’annonce, un canapé-lit. Vous ne nous aviez pas demandé de préparer un cinquième couchage. Il est donc assez étonnant de reprocher après le séjour l’absence de literie sur un couchage qui n’avait pas été demandé. Concernant les matelas, vous avez choisi de séparer les deux éléments du grand lit de l’une des chambres et avez pour cela retiré draps, protège-matelas et surmatelas. C’est ainsi que vous avez pu apercevoir une ancienne marque sur un matelas qui, en utilisation normale, est évidemment protégé. Cette transformation complète du couchage n’avait d’ailleurs jamais été faite par aucun de nos précédents locataires et a nécessité un important travail de remise en place après votre départ. Le WC que vous présentez comme « non fonctionnel » fonctionne parfaitement. Il est simplement indiqué dans les informations fournies aux voyageurs que, les canalisations de ce WC étant plus étroites, nous demandons par précaution de jeter le papier dans les sachets fournis. c’est une pratique tout à fait réelle et assez courante dans certaines régions d’Europe et du bassin méditerranéen.. L’appartement dispose par ailleurs de deux WC. Il est donc inexact de parler d’un WC inutilisable. Le petit store auquel vous faites référence avait effectivement été endommagé par un voyageur précédent. Vous m’aviez vous-même écrit que cela ne constituait pas un problème pour vous. Votre séjour a malheureusement coïncidé avec une période de très forte chaleur. L’appartement est largement vitré et exposé plein sud ; il dispose en contrepartie d’une immense terrasse de 80 m². Les châssis sont bien équipés de double vitrage, contrairement à ce que pourrait laisser entendre votre commentaire. La cuisine, contrairement à ce que vous supposez, n’est d’ailleurs pas « la seule partie récente » de l’appartement. Elle est même antérieure à certains autres aménagements et comporte notamment des plans de travail en granit. La grande salle de bain est toute récente et est en marbre. Quant à la douchette de l’évier, qui n’est qu’un plus, son dysfonctionnement n’empêche absolument pas l’utilisation parfaite de l’évier : le robinet fonctionne de toute évidence. Pour la vaisselle, vous ne m’avez signalé aucun manque pendant votre séjour. Un voyageur suivant nous l’a fait remarquer et nous avons constaté qu’au fil des locations, plusieurs verres, bols et tasses avaient disparu ou été cassés sans que cela nous soit signalé. Nous avons immédiatement complété la vaisselle, avec notamment une dizaine de bols et de tasses supplémentaires. Si vous nous l’aviez indiqué, nous aurions évidemment pu faire exactement la même chose pendant votre séjour. Il est difficile pour un hôte de résoudre pendant un séjour un problème dont il n’est informé qu’après le départ. Enfin, présenter les photos comme trompeuses me semble particulièrement injuste. Elles montrent l’appartement tel qu’il est : un appartement de 260m2 au total, avec deux grandes chambres, deux salles de bains, deux WC, de vastes pièces de vie avec accès direct tout du long à une terrasse plein sud. Il ne s’agit pas d’un appartement neuf et il n’a jamais été présenté comme tel. Nous accueillons régulièrement des voyageurs (via d’autres plateformes) et sommes toujours disposés à corriger un équipement défectueux ou à apporter ce qui manquerait. Encore faut-il nous en informer. C’est précisément à cela que sert la communication pendant un séjour, et nous aurions volontiers répondu à toute demande, comme nous le faisons habituellement.
