Fantastic location! Lovely old house that accommodated our family gathering to celebrate our 90 year old relative!! I noticed lots of kid friendly amenities noted around the house as well.

Our group of eight women found the house to be well situated to many of the activities we were interested in. The dining room and living area were perfect for a large group. Due to the heat, we didn't take advantage of the porches. We had ample parking. The host responded quickly to all our questions. We travel to a different location each year and had a great time in Kansas City!

We were at Levi's place for our daughter's wedding. Levi made it very convenient for us to enjoy the house. Check-in and check-out process was very easy. Communication with the host was great. The house has more supplies/cookware/dishes than you need. Lots of extra linens, towels, etc. I would come back here again anytime. Thank you so much for making our stay very very comfortable.

This house is perfect for a large family gathering! It has a spacious living area and very large bedrooms. We loved all of the special features--the gorgeous third floor with its own kitchen and the porch off of the kitchen were our favorites. Location was very convenient and communication with the host was excellent!

I stayed at this property for 3 nights with a group of gals for my cousins bachelorette party. It is in the perfect location to explore KC! We went to the Crossroads District, West Bottoms, River Market, and the Plaza. It was a wonderful space to gather in and everyone was super comfortable. Plus it is right down the street from a Starbucks and Total Wine, which our group loved. We utilized the kitchen twice for cooking meals and especially enjoyed the peaceful mornings waking up to the birds chirping. Upon check out, there was a short and simple list to complete. We had a few questions for Levi during the stay and he was ready to help promptly! Would definitely stay again!

Great stay for bachelorette weekend!!

This was an amazing place to stay!! The hosts were great communicators and the home served our every need for our large group of 12! Great accommodations and even had drinks and bathroom supplies provided in excess!! Very comfortable and clean rooms/beds. Great location too! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We loved this place. It’s so charming and was perfect for a family gathering. It has the perfect mix of updates blended with the beautiful original character of the house. It’s well stocked with essentials, we cooked all but one meal the entire week. The host is welcoming and easy to work with. We will be back.
