About this property

The historic farmhouse has been completely renovated and was completed in June 2017. The apartment is located on the top floor and is about 200 m² in size on two levels. The farmhouse is in an absolutely quiet, idyllic location in the immediate vicinity of Bützow in the middle of Mecklenburg Switzerland. The Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn, Warnemünde and Heiligendamm can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. Likewise, the Hanseatic city of Rostock and the Mecklenburg Lake District. There are many leisure activities for families with children.

Urlaub im April mit 2 kleinen Kindern

Beeindruckend große Wohnung, viel Platz zum Spielen, auch an Regentagen mit Kindern Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr angenehm. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küchen. Auch sonst super ausgestattet. Wir haben es sehr genossen, herzlichen Dank!

Riesige Wohnung, toll ausgestattet.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Ausstattung, bietet alles was man im Alltag braucht und noch ein wenig mehr. Es gibt unglaublich viel Platz zum Spielen und Toben. Die Lage ist super, wenn man Ruhe mag. Man braucht eine halbe Stunde zum Meer, eine Stunde bis nach Schwerin und auch die Seenplatte ist nicht weit entfernt.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit zu sechst in der schön eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Für alle war reichlich Platz, alles notwendige war ausreichend da, die Abendstunden im Garten habe wir sehr genossen!

Tolle Unterkunft in idyllischer Lage

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und trotz der beeindruckenden Größe fehlt es nicht an Gemütlichkeit. Es gibt mehrere Sitzecken und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Garten ist auch schön groß und lädt zum Erholen und Grillen ein. Viele Aktivitäten sind nicht weit entfernt (z. B. in Rostock [40 min mit dem Auto]) und auch in der Wohnung findet man eine Auswahl an Spielen für alle Altersgruppen. Wir haben die Woche in Oettelin sehr genossen!
