About this property

A wonderful cottage in antique and rustic design.

You enter the completely renovated and tastefully refurnished 19th century house through the porch, which is also the dining room of the nearby kitchen. Passing the kitchen, you enter the spacious bathroom with corner tub and floor-level shower. On the first floor is the living room and a bedroom. Upstairs there is another closed bedroom and a room with a bunk bed and a passage to the roof terrace, which is also accessible from the outside. Most rooms have wooden floorboards, yet this accommodation also features wonderful checkerboard tiles for contrasting elegance in the entrance hall and large stone surfaces in the modern bathroom. This home offers you a homey and cozy flair and looks strikingly warm and natural. In addition to the porch, there is an outdoor terrace and 5200 square feet of natural, usable land with old fruit trees and a garden pond. During quiet moments hare, deer and hedgehog come into the garden and can be observed. Here you can really feel at home and spend a pleasant time in Germany.
The village is located in the east of the district of Nordwestmecklenburg in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern on the edge of the Sternberg lake district. The proximity to the cities of Wismar and Schwerin offers a variety of cultural and recreational activities. Cycling, hiking or relaxing at the nearby Baltic Sea ? Day trips to Rostock or Warnemünde ? many things are within reach. In only 2 km you can reach a wonderful lake for swimming and strolling, as well as restaurants in the near vicinity.

wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen!

Das Haus war groß, geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider waren keine Lappen, Tabs, etc, kein Salz, kein öl, oder ähnliches vorhanden , das war etwas merkwürdig. Bad und Böden hätten ein bisschen sauberer sein können. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch die Umgebung und die Nähe zu Strand und Städten war perfekt!

- sehr schönes Objekt, incl. Garten mit viel Bewegungsfreiheit - praktisch und angenehm rundum - Highlight: Terrasse ist auch an kühlen Sommerabenden gut geeignet - auf den Fotos ist nicht erkennbar, wie steil die Treppe ins OG ist - nicht besonders sauber - Holpriger Star (zeitlicher Reihenfolge): Ankunft im Objekt Ankunftstermin Warten vor dem Haus auf den Schlüssel Hausservice trifft ein Reinigung des Hauses Schlüsselübergabe

Idyllisches Grundstück mit liebevoll eingerichtetem Haus

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus mit einem großzügigen Garten. Ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Die Fahrräder sollte man aber auf Grund der Abgeschiedenheit nicht vergessen ;)
