This villa nestled in a wooded 40-acre estate is ideally located in the heart of Provence. Its Provençal charm and light-filled exterior make it the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation by the pool. Located just a few minutes from Avignon, Isle sur la Sorgue, and the charming village of Gordes, this unique property is close to all cultural and popular sites. It is also close to all amenities (2 km).

This typical Provençal villa has a large 60 m² outdoor pool and is the perfect place to relax away from prying eyes. You can also unwind in the pool house and enjoy a convivial moment around the outdoor barbecue. The south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy the sunshine until the evening. The interior area is approximately 160 m². With 3 bedrooms and a shower room, as well as a separate toilet, this accommodation is ideal for a family of six or three couples.

The entire villa is accessible, except for one room dedicated to storing cleaning products and equipment.

The accommodation is ideally located near the Avignon TGV station (11.2 miles). It is 43 miles from Marseille Airport and is easily accessible by car.
