3 bedroom cozy home in Sint-Annaland

This inviting vacation home in Sint-Annaland with Finnish-inspired architecture is neatly furnished. It is located in a beautiful vacation complex in the province of Zeeland, within walking distance of the water. Because of the high ceiling, the living room looks very spacious. Through the doors in the living room you can reach the fully fenced garden with a lounge corner and a pond, which has a protective fence. On the second floor is a gallery with a low ceiling and a double bed. The present stair gate can be placed above or below. You can park your bicycles well in the annex, where there is also a washing machine and dryer. You can easily walk to the sandy beach on the Oosterschelde. Make excursions and visit the authentic town of Tholen, the beautiful harbor of Stavenisse or take a boat trip from Sint-Annaland to Zierikzee or Antwerp. Also visit the Zuid-Beveland peninsula with the nature area Zak van Zuid-Beveland. Here you will find meadows, fields and orchards. You can reach the North Sea in about 45 minutes by car.

In the wintertime a nice quite place

It’s a nice home for six persons, very compleet, with towels, soap, kitchengear, even with coffeepads….. we like to come back!

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet.Das Haus war sehr sauber was man besonders daran erkennt es war kein Staub oder Sand auf dem Boden zu sehen da schwarze Fliesen verlegt wurden.Bemängeln würde ich die Duschbrause sie müsste mal erneuert werden.Die außen Anlage war nicht gepflegt.Erst einen Tag vor Abreise waren 2 Männer da um die Hecke zu schneiden und Unkraut zu entfernen.Der Teich ist mit Algen belegt und gleicht eher einem Tümpel was sehr schade ist.Eine halbe Stunde vor Schlüssel Übergabe wurde uns über die App mitgeteilt das eine Kaution zu hinterlegen ist.Das hätten wir gerne früher gewusst.Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung

Laute (Party) Umgebung. Unterkunft technisch überholt z.B Duschkabine, TV-Sat, Dunstabzug, Matratzen. Defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde dem Besitzer gemeldet.
