Charming holiday home in the heart of Kortgene, close to Veerse Meer

Kortgene is a village with cozy bars, restaurants, fun activities and events. Kortgene is located on the island of Noord-Beveland, directly on the Veerse Meer water sports paradise and is 15 minutes by car from the North Sea beach.

Our holiday home is located in the center of Kortgene. A comfortable, cozy and completely furnished house, located next to the house of the owners. The property is within walking distance of a supermarket, butcher and bakery. The weekly market with vegetables, fish and cheese is on the doorstep on Saturday morning.

The property is situated east-west. In the morning the first rays of sunlight shine into the front room. In the evening you can enjoy on the back terrace until sunset.

The area is very watery and spatial. The Veerse Meer, beautiful cycling and walking routes and the North Sea position are nearby! You can rent your (electric) bicycle at Garage Augustijn. More info: http: // www. garage augustijn. nl / bicycle rental

Also recently, a private wellness & spa is located within walking distance of our holiday home. You can enjoy peace and privacy here exclusively. More info: https: // www. hornbeam. NL/

Monumental cities such as Goes, Veere, Middelburg and Zierikzee are easily accessible from Kortgene. The Delta Park Neeltje Jans is also worth a visit!

A free parking space is in front of the door. The bus stop (with a reasonably good connection to Goes) is at 500 meters.

Nur gute Erinnerungen...

....von einem viel zu kurzen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Wir hatten das GlĂŒck auf unserer Seite. Das Wetter war traumhaft und wir konnten alles machen, was uns gut tat. Die Unterkunft war der ideale Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr unsere Unternehmungen. Schon am Tag unserer Ankunft, wie bei der RĂŒckkehr von unseren AusflĂŒgen fĂŒhlten wir uns "wie zuhause". Der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer morgens und abends, einfach traumhaft. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mitten in Kortgene und ist liebevoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Besonders mochten wir den kleinen Garten um die Terrasse herum. Jeroen ist ein aufmerksamer, sympathischer Gastgeber. Wir wĂŒrden gerne wiederkommen.

Hier ist der Gast sehr willkommen

Jeroen und Ilona haben an alles gedacht, damit man sich in ihrem Ferienhaus wohlfĂŒhlt. Es war alles sehr sauber und das HĂ€uschen ist gerĂ€umig und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Gute Sitzmöglichkeiten: ein Tisch im separaten Esszimmer -mit Blick auf die ruhige Dorfstraße-, das durch eine schöne breite GlasschiebetĂŒr vom Wohnzimmer getrennt ist, wo man wiederum auf gemĂŒtlichen Sofas sitzend in den nett bepflanzen Innenhof sehen kann. Dort gibt es Christrosen , Hortensien und Forsythien
Vom Wohnzimmer aus kann man auch in die schöne gerĂ€umige KĂŒche gelangen, wo es wieder einen Esstisch gibt. Von dort gelangt man in den HW Raum mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und GeschirrspĂŒler, zum GĂ€ste WC und in den Innenhof. Das EG ist schön hell und alle Zimmer sind mit TĂŒren ausgestattet, sodass man RĂŒckzugsorte hat. In der KĂŒche gibt es GewĂŒrze und auch Zucker, Kaffeepads und Teebeutel sehr hygienisch in GlasbehĂ€ltern aufbewahrt. Sogar GeschirrspĂŒlmittel und Tabs waren vorhanden. Die Treppe ist nicht so steil, wie vermutet oder andernorts schon erlebt. Zudem sind die Stufen mit Teppich ĂŒberzogen und man kann sich an beiden Seiten gut festhalten. Unter der Treppe gibt es noch eine kleine Kammer mit BĂŒgelbrett und Eisen, Putzzeug und einem Staubsauger. Im OG gibt es eine kleinen Tisch, StĂŒhle und praktische WĂ€scheleinen, die man mit einem Griff von einer zur anderen Wand spannen kann. Die Schlafcouch in diesem Durchgangszimmer kann man mit einem Vorhang abschirmen, sodass auch hier ganz wunderbar die PrivatsphĂ€re gewahrt ist. Von dort gelangt man in ein gerĂ€umiges Zweibettzimmer. Ebenso erreicht man vom Durchgangszimmer das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und das Duschbad. Die Matratzen sind bequem und die Waschbecken in den SchlafrĂ€umen sind sehr praktisch, die Betten waren bezogen. In beiden Badezimmern gab es sogar Fußmatten, Toilettenpapier war vorhanden. Die freundlichen Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Der Ort hat alles, was man zum Leben braucht, fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder! Danke Jeroen und Ilona!

Schönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge, Radtouren, Strandbesuche, 
 Ruhig und zentral gelegen. Sehr netter Kontakt vor Ort, wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns gut erholt! Rundherum zu empfehlen!

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern (2 u. 5) in Kortgene. Mit dieser anzahl war es etwas klein, aber man fĂŒhlt sich wie zu Hause. Jeroen hat alles einfach erklĂ€rt und war jederzeit ansprechbereit. Einfach super - gerne wieder!!

Waren niet eerder in Kortgene geweest. Super centraal gelegen. Met alle voorzieningen op loop afstand. Ontvangst en omgang met de eigenaar was uitstekend Zeker een aanrader. Wij gaan zeker weer terug. Prima prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding. Echt een pluspunt was dat alles schoon en gezellig is ingericht. En daardoor je direct thuis / welkom voelt.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Das HĂ€uschen hat alles zu bieten was man sich wĂŒnschen kann: super ausgestattet und liebevoll maritim eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft ist eine super Ausgangslage fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in alle Richtungen. Vier abwechslungsreiche Tage

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und war super sauber! Wir waren vollauf zufrieden, die Gastgeber waren super nett. Das einzige Manko von unserer Seite war das Abstellen des W-LANs ab 24 Uhr. Da wir eher spĂ€t ins Bett gehen und Abends gerne noch auf dem Laptop einen Film/Serie schauen war das etwas schade und irgendwie unverstĂ€ndlich. Trotzdem geben wir gerne fĂŒnf Sterne!

Super schöne, saubere und gemĂŒtliche Wohnung in toller Umgebung

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung wirklich sehr genossen. Neben der herausragenden Sauberkeit und gutem Zustand der Einrichtung etc. möchte ich die reibungslose sowie gastfreundliche Einstellung des Vermieters hervorheben der zu jeder Zeit seine Hilfe angeboten hat obwohl diese nicht nötig war. Es war alles da was man benötigt. Die kostenlosen FahrrĂ€der haben wir gerne genutzt um Kortgene und Umgebung zu erkunden wie beispielsweise den nahegelegenen Naturstrand oder das urige Dorf Kats. Zudem ist der Ort der perfekte Startpunkt u.a. fĂŒr AusflĂŒge ins nahegelegene Belgien. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft von Jeroen und Ilona uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiter!

Heerlijke plek in een rustig dorp

We hebben genoten van het prachtige huis in Kortgene. Alles was aanwezig en we werden heel vriendelijk geholpen door de Jeroen. We hebben een mooi fietstocht gemaakt met de aanwezige fietsen langs het Veerse Meer. Verder hebben we genoten van een voortreffelijke lunch in de tuin van de Houtzaagwerf in Kortgene. Je waant je in Frankrijk. Kortom een aanrader.

Nettes HĂ€uschen um herrlich zu entspannen

Wir hatten fĂŒnf wunderbar entspannte Tage im Haus von Jeroen in Ilona mitten im historischen Dorfkern von Kortgene. Von hier aus kann man ganz Zeeland entdecken oder auch nur einfach eine Abendrunde zum Spielplatz am Hafen machen, an Ponys vorbei, vielleicht lĂ€uft einem auch noch ein KĂ€tzchen ĂŒber den weg oder der Pastor zeigt einem noch kurz wie die Kirche als Begegnungsort umbauen. Genossen haben wir vor allem auch die Terrasse hinterm Haus wo die Sonne am Nachmittag und Abend schön scheint. Graag tot ziens!
