Nestled in the heart of the Beaumont countryside, our large house of character can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people. It consists of a superb typical farmhouse completely renovated with care, (12 people) as well as an independent maisonette (6 people). The soul of the old has been preserved while providing comfort and contemporary elegance.

The two buildings open onto a vast outdoor space inviting you to relax: a large panoramic terrace dominates the fields and the surrounding landscapes. Without any vis-à-vis and bathed in unobstructed views, it is the ideal place to enjoy moments of calm and conviviality.

You will also appreciate the 5 × 11 m swimming pool, perfect for cooling off, relaxing or sharing happy afternoons in the sun. At the back of the house, a 4,000 m² private forest will delight children: wooden hut, outdoor games, swings, ping-pong table... real memories in perspective!

For the older ones, everything has been thought out for unforgettable stays with friends or family. The large terrace hosts a charming "straw hut", a real outdoor kitchen / fully equipped cocktail bar (plancha, fridge, sink, dishwasher, ice maker, blender, etc.), ideal for extending the summer evenings. Lovers of challenges will meet on the adjoining petanque court.

Inside, the spaces are large, bright and decorated with an original touch. Everyone can enjoy a corner of privacy while benefiting from large convivial rooms designed to share moments together. The house is perfectly equipped for comfortable stays.

Located only 50 minutes from Toulouse (Cité de l'Espace, Aéroscopia, museums, shows...) and 35 minutes from Montauban, our large house of character is the ideal starting point for many excursions. At the crossroads of the Tarn-et-Garonne, the Gers and very close to the Lot, you will be spoilt for choice between cultural discoveries, nature walks, sports activities and gastronomic pleasures.
