Family friendly, sleeps 6, SPECTACULAR 5th floor gulf views, zero entry pool

Welcome to Emerald Oasis at Beach Resort! This beautiful 5th floor unit has spectacular Gulf views from the private balcony. Beach Resort is a small 64-unit property, with a fabulous 5,000 sq. ft bi-level infinity edge pool, hot tub, several charcoal grills, and 9,000 sq. ft. of deck for your enjoyment. The complex is directly across the street from beautiful Miramar Beach. There is 300 feet of private deeded beach access just a short walk away. We provide FREE beach service (March 1 to October 31) which includes the daily setup of an umbrella and 2 beach chairs.

Main Bedroom & Bathroom:
King size bed with night stands, reading lamps, & TV. Attached full bath has a tub/shower combo and hair dryer.

2nd Bedroom is actually a Bunk Room with its own bathroom. It has built-in twin XL bunk beds with storage drawers underneath and TV. Attached bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

Living Area
The main living area has a sectional sofa with a queen sleeper, side chair, cable TV, DVD player, DVDs, books, puzzles, and board games.

This **non-smoking** unit includes a designated covered garage parking spot, free high-speed wifi, washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, and luxury vinyl flooring throughout, creating a relaxing vacation destination. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and serving.

Located directly across from the gulf on Scenic Gulf Drive, Beach Resort features an expansive, zero entry pool area with a mushroom fountain and hot tub (upper pool is seasonally heated) as well as a community grilling area. There is also private gated beach access just a short walk away! Hungry? Within walking distance are local beachside favorites: Captain Dave’s, Pompano Joe’s and Kenny D’s. Surf Hut and The Crab Trap are also a short distance away.

Things to do: Fishing, snorkeling, water-skiing and parasailing offered all along the Gulf. Nearby attractions include a Big Kahuna's Waterpark, The Track Family Fun Center and an array of water sports available at Destin Harbor. Of course, you'll want to savor the unique and delicious flavors of the freshest seafood available at any of Destin's numerous eateries! Restaurants range from casual oyster bars to elegant bistros serving culinary delights guaranteed to please your palate.

So, come enjoy the freshest seafood, go fishing for all types of salt and freshwater fish, explore fun shops and boutiques, or simply relax on our fabulous beaches.

Great Family Vacation Stay

The condo is very nice with such a large, clean pool and short walk to the beach. Perfect for our family with a 5 and 9 year old! Proximity to so many activities and restaurants was also great for our family.

We've stayed at Beach Resort before but not this specific condo. We loved it even more! Comfy beds, large couch that met our family's needs, and a clean condo was so appreciated while we enjoyed our time in Florida. We plan to make future reservations at this condo. Ease of check in, communication with owner, and beautiful view were great.

My husband and I visited with our 6 month old and the condo was perfect. The beach access was close, the condo itself was updated and very clean, the view of the gulf and resort style pool from the fifth floor balcony was beautiful, and of course the location on Miramar Beach was wonderful! We’ve stayed at several condos and townhomes along this stretch and would highly recommend this condo.

Love this place and hosts!

This was our second year at this property and we’ve probably seen inside at least a half dozen units and while all are great, this one has to be near the top. Extremely clean, exceptional communication (the best I’ve had with a host), and comfortable beds and coaches - all with a terrific ocean view! Can’t beat this property with its amenities - pool is best we’ve observed in the area and appreciate beach service, beach cart, covered parking, and beach toys. Made it super easy to just show up and enjoy our family spring break.

Perfect place for our family vacation!!

Our family of 4 had the best vacation ever! The condo was absolutely beautiful and was very clean and inviting! Beach resort 506 had everything we were looking for in a condo with all the essentials ready for us. Our girls loved spending time at the pool and walking to the beach and making sandcastles. Our host made everything so easy for us and she was very responsive and helped with all our questions! We will definitely be coming back…hopefully very soon!!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

I took my mother and daughter to Miramar Beach and stayed in this wonderful condo. The owners were great to work with and check in was a a breeze with a keyless entry! There were nice towels and linens as well as a stocked kitchen. The beach is walking distance from the condo. The view of the ocean is breath taking. I will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay!!

Highly recommend this condo! We had such a wonderful stay. It is a beautiful place, very clean and is very well stocked with everything you'll need for your stay. There is a really great view of the ocean and pool. Our kids absolutely loved the pool. It's quite large and was never crowded. The beach access is just a short walk from the building, and we greatly appreciated the 2 chairs and umbrella. The owners were very quick to respond to our questions. Overall, this is such a wonderful condo and a fantastic location!

Awesome condo! One of the best in Miramar Beach

We love staying for a week each summer at Miramar Beach. Our favorite location and building in the area is Beach Resort. It is just across the street from one of the best beaches in the South and the pool here is the best in Destin. There are also three great seafood restaurants within a very short walk. We have stayed in many of the condos in this building and this unit was our favorite. The unit is newly renovated and very comfortable. We had a family of six and we all had a blast and loved this condo. We had some communication with the owners during our stay and they were extremely respectful and responsive. We will plan to stay in this unit again next summer!

Great place for a family vacation!

Condo was accurate to what the listed stated. Beautiful views, great location to the beach and a nice pool for the kids. I just had to rate the cleanliness a 4 star instead of 5 star for a couple reasons. One is the shower curtain liner in the main bathroom was dirty and needed changed. Also the floors throughout could have been cleaned better before our stay. I’m sure these things will be taken care of for future stays. Communication of the property manager was top notch.

Perfect for Our Stay!

This condo unit was Perfect! It was suitable for our small family and was clean and ready to go with lots of supplies and amenities for our week stay. The view of the Gulf is great from the balcony. The Beach Resort is a great place to visit, as this is our second time. The pool is huge compared to other pools in the area with much larger buildings. There is only a short walk down and across the road to the private beach access. Beach toys, chairs, and a wagon made it easy also, along with an included beach service at the time. Short walks to several beachfront restaurants make it easy to grab some good seafood and drinks. The resort is close by plenty of shopping outlets. The hosts were super nice, communication was outstanding, and the check-in/check-out was seamless. We would definitely consider staying here again for our future stays in Miramar Beach and Destin!

Great condo in a great location.

Owners were very communicative and helpful. The unit was well stocked and well kept. Very much what we expected when we came into town. No surprises here. Facilities were nice overall. We didn’t even use the garage but it is a nice option if we had guests. Pool heated which came in handy on 60 degree days. Never felt busy or overpopulated and we were here on Spring Break. Location relative to the beach was great. Short walk to private entrance and this unit offers the extra service of getting beach chairs and an umbrella included. Walk up, give your unit number, and sit down. Perfect. Btw the beach sand was spectacular. No moss, rocks, shells or otherwise. Absolutely pristine. Restaurants nearby were great as well. Be sure to stop in at Kenny-Ds just two buildings over. Great time.

Beautiful 5th floor Beach Resort Stay

We have stayed at the Beach Resort since 2015 in a few different units. What keeps us coming back here is the more private, small feel of he property and the pool. All the other pools in Destin seem to be a concrete rectangle on a concrete slab. The Beach Resort pool is a garden oasis with green space, grills, palm trees, natural shade. Being on the 5th floor is also a treat as the views are the best from the highest floor. This unit is fantastic. It is clearly updated compared to some of the other units we have stayed in. The decor is inviting and calming. The stocking of the kitchen is on pointe. The bed is very comfortable as are the seating areas for relaxing. Having a covered parking spot is another nice perk. Carolyn is easy to work with and accommodated our request for date modification with grace and professionalism. She was reachable during our stay (though we didn't need to contact her as there were no problems); she ensured we were checked in and provided reassurance that she was reachable. I would certainly return to this property again.

We love Destin

We love Destin. This is the third time we’re staying at this resort but first time at this unit. The unit was beautifully decorated but after check everything around before unpacked we found a few flaws in terms of cleanliness which I was very disappointed since we spend lots of $$ on this reservation. Contacted owner and she was very nice handling the situation, other than that, we had an amazing time once again in Destin and at Beach Resort. We love the area, the beach, the restaurants and all the water activities (snorkeling, paddle boarding, etc). This is our second home away from home and definitely will come back.
