Enjoy a luxurious setting, its warm atmosphere, which, with its old wood and stone decor and bioethanol fireplace, evokes the charm of old mountain chalets.
Facing East and South, the apartment benefits from beautiful light throughout the day, both in summer and winter, and offers magnificent panoramic views over the village, the Vanoise massif, the Pointe de Méribel, and the Courchevel resort opposite.
Extended by its large 50m² terrace, you can enjoy all the advantages of a beautiful outdoor space in summer. We have equipped it with a lounge and a garden table, an outdoor kitchen with a generous plancha to allow you to enjoy pleasant convivial evenings with family or friends. You have a private covered parking space in the basement and a parking space at the entrance of the condominium. A ski room with a boot dryer and a secure bike room complete the rental.

🌟 LIVING SPACES
Bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows (south and east exposures), the apartment offers a warm atmosphere:
• A spacious living room/lounge with a friendly ethanol fireplace, a large sofa (convertible into a very comfortable double bed), a connected TV and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
• An open kitchen with a central island, fully equipped so that you can feel at home (induction, large fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave...).
• A dining room with a large ceramic table opening directly onto the terraces.

• Bedroom 1 (configurable as a master suite): 2 single beds (80x200) that can be joined into a large double bed, with a private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
• Bedroom 2: Double bed (140x190) with direct access to the terrace.
• Bedroom 3: Double bed (140x200) with direct access to the terrace.
• Mountain corner: 2 bunk beds, ideal for children or teenagers.
• Sofa bed in the living room
• Main bathroom: Bathtub, shower, double sink, and washing machine

• 1 additional separate toilet with hand wash basin
• Full baby equipment available (crib, high chair) for traveling light!

• Access to the cross-country area of Champagny le Haut by free shuttle (stop 20m away) – cross-country skiing, ice climbing, sledding track, ice cave, dog sledding, Joöring

• Available: IGN maps, guidebooks for your snowshoeing and ski touring outings.
• BONUS: Guided outings and ice climbing on the waterfall are offered by the guides of Champagny en Vanoise
