They are located in high-quality apartments with terrace or balcony. The house is absolutely quiet in a cul-de-sac, in a few minutes the historic center of Greetsiel is within walking distance.

All apartments are equipped with allergic persons and have internet access. Our house is a non-smoking house, pets are not allowed.

The floors have parquet or high-quality tiles.

Two Vallox ventilation systems reliably filter pollen and other pollutants, and the dust load is reduced to a considerable extent.

All mattresses are provided with mildew-rich encasings, instead of down or feather bedding, high-quality pull-over blankets and head pillows made of synthetic material were used.

In Greetsiel you can enjoy a healthy and mild climate with iodine-laden North Sea air.

In the garage you have a lockable storage facility for bikes etc., washer and dryer, are available.

All apartments have a multi - media system on high - quality HDTV TVs and are equipped with free internet access via WLAN or network socket.

If you are looking for a healthy diet, we would be happy to provide you with the current model of the Thermomix (TM 5). If desired, of course also with instruction.

Alles wie beschrieben

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung S sehr wohl gefühlt. Für 2 Personen sehr gemütlich. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr gepflegt, die Wohnung sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Innestadt mit den vielen tollen Restaurants ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte pünktlich und mit viel Herz.

Moderne, helle gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der modern eingerichteten, hellen und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Von den üblichen diversen Küchengeräten, wie Herd, Backofen, Microwelle über Geschirrspülmaschine bis hin zur Waschmaschine im Abstellraum ist die Wohnung top eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und der Service stimmt auch. Wir können die Ferienwohnung für Paare sehr empfehlen.

Lässt keine Wünsche offen.....

Wir sind nun schon das vierte Mal Gast in diesem Ferienhaus. Schon bei der Anreise wird man herzlich begrüßt und erhält eine freundliche, umfassende Einweisung für die Ferienwohnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer ist unkompliziert und nett. Wir haben inzwischen 3 der 4 Ferienwohnungen bewohnt. Für uns stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hier. Der Service läßt keinen Wunsch offen, die Ausstattung der Wohnungen ist gehoben, aber auch technisch ist die Ausstattung (super WLAN) zeitgemäß. Alles ist sauber, gut gepflegt, klar strukturiert, praktisch und ansprechend. Der Garten lädt zum Sonnenbaden, chillen oder grillen ein. Räumlich ist das Ferienhaus gut an das Zentrum von Greetsiel gelegen, zu Fuss ist man innerhalb 10 Minuten beim Edeka oder im Dorf. Wir können das Ferienhaus Greetsieler Grachten sehr empfehlen und werden weiterhin gerne Gast sein.

Ich war zum wiederholten Male in der sauberen,schönen und hellen Ferienwohnung 3. Alles war TOP und ich komme mit Sicherheit wie jedes Jahr zu meinem Geburtstag gerne wieder:-).

sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles top, sauber, zentral, ruhig, gerne wieder!!!!!

Wir (meine Frau und ich) waren über Pfingsten ein paar Tage in Greetsiel. Bereits vor der Ankunft, wurden wir vom Vermieter mit Informationen rund ums Ferienhaus und Greetsiel versorgt. Am Vortag noch ein angenehmes Gespräch bzgl. der Ankunftsformalitäten, Ankunftszeit, Adresse etc. und schon ging es los. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und kurz eingewiesen. Der Gesamteindruck der Wohnung war sehr gut, alles modern und vor allem sehr sauber. Kurz ausgepackt und schon konnte der Kurzurlaub beginnen. Wir haben uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen, absolut ausreichend, es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in drei Minuten beim Supermarkt, bzw. Bäcker, zu Fuß vielleicht 5 Minuten. Restaurants sind ebenfalls in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden, von einfach bis etwas gehobener Klasse. Wir können die Unterkunft mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Top Ferienwohnung.

Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Für 2 Personen sehr ausreichend. Sehr schönes Badezimmer. Wohnung ist mit vielen Details ausgestattet. Wir werden diese Wohnung bestimmt noch einmal Buchen. Tolle Betreuung vor Ort.

schöne Tage in den Greetsieler Grachten

Als "Wiederholungstäter" waren wir das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung. Wir waren 5 Personen und haben das verlängerte Wochenende genossen. Die Ausstattung ist absolut top, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Wir kommen wieder.

SUPER SAUBER SEHR NETTER VERMIETER TOLL EINGERICHT

Das Haus im gesamten ist ein sehr tolles Objekt . Die Wohnungen sind schön hell und freundlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung S ist super geräumig für 2 Personen . Der Vermieter ist sehr nett . Hier her kommen wir immer wieder sehr sehr gerne ! Allergiker brauchen keine Bedenken haben ....dieses Objekt ist WIRKLICH ein Haus für Allergiker . Die Preise sind sehr fair . Die Umgebung wunderschön direkt an den Grachten gelegen . Zentrum von Greetsiel ist gut zu Fuß in 10 min erreichbar . Von uns gibt es 5 Sterne +
