Nestled between the sea and the mountains, our independent cottage welcomes you to a peaceful setting, on the border of Argelès-sur-Mer and Saint-André, away from the villages. It's the perfect base for exploring the region: hiking in the Albères massif, cycling paths with coastal views, sunny beaches, and nearby must-see attractions, including Collioure, the pearl of the Côte Vermeille. The markets of Céret and Thuir will introduce you to the flavors of Catalan country. Spain is just a few kilometers away. The cottage is a detached house situated on a 1500 m² enclosed and wooded plot (accessible via the Saint-André road along a 250 m track suitable for vehicles). It sleeps 2 people and comprises: - a living room with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the outside - 1 bedroom: 160x200 cm bed - Bathroom with WC Outdoors: - Enclosed and wooded grounds of approximately 1500 m², a natural setting ideal for relaxation - Easy access to nearby footpaths and cycle tracks Pets We accept one pet (dog or cat) provided the following rules are respected: - the pet must not be left alone in the cottage - access to the sofa and bed is prohibited - Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed, nor are any exotic animals.
