As you see they have other "Poor" reviews. This is another one. The owners never sent the check in information until after the reservation was supposed to check in. Im 4 states away so I was not able to go because of no communication from them. They were very slow to reply to emails.and now wont refund my money for a stay that never happened. BE AWARE of these owners and chose a different place!

Need a house keeper
We rented this cabin to enjoy a weekend away but near town. Let's just say if they have a house keeper they need another one, the floors were very dirty, bugs in almost all of the windowsills, all of the light fixtures had cobwebs, I had to clean the tubs before putting my children in them. The front door decor needs to be removed if it isn't going to be cleaned. The jacuzzi jets were very dirty. The hot tub seems like it doesn't have enough power to it, the jets were barely pushing. Use caution while taking a shower the curtain rod may fall off in hit you in the head like it did my wife. We were unable to locate the living room TV remote, or sheets for the pull out couch. When these reviews say the road is steep going up, they are not putting it lightly it is very steep and narrow. All things considered the porch was very quiet and peaceful it has great potential to be amazing but it seems like the cabin is missing some extras, one roll of tp, not enough sheets, blankets, pillows, or cleanliness. We wouldn't stay again.
The cabin was great, a little smaller than what the picture betrays it to be, but a nice place. I fixed the shower curtain that others have complain about. The shower light doesn’t work. There no closet space because it’s being used by the cleaning person, but there are a hook on the wall. The kitchen could use some better pots and pans. I would probably stay again
We stayed for a week for our honeymoon and it was amazing. The road traveling up is a little rocky but the cabin is amazing 😻 everything you need is right there. You’re 15 minutes from Piegon Forge. Very clean and location is super convenient.
This cabin was absolutely perfect! It was extremely clean and well stocked. My boyfriend and I had an incredible time! From playing pool to soaking in the hot tub and jacuzzi tub. (It would have been nice if the jets in the hot tub went to a higher setting and the jets in the jacuzzi tub would turn on.) However, it was nice to relax! The shower curtain kept falling so we had to put a wash cloth between the shower rod and the wall. Clearly no big deal. We are improvisers! We had the best weekend away and will be back soon!
The cabin was perfect for my husband and I. Nice and Quiet just us and nature. Very clean. We loved getting to come home at night and playing pool. We would 100% rent this cabin again.
The cabin was clean, has a pool table, jacuzzi tub, hot tub. It is secluded. Nice porch with rocking chairs. We really enjoyed our stay. Property managers are quick to answer questions and very friendly
The cabin is very comfortable and has so many things you can do in it. The hosts are such wonderful people and we enjoyed working with them. We had such a great weekend here.
This is a cute little cabin, close to all tourists desires of Pigeon Forge. Very cozy and quiet! Love the peace and quiet. Great neighbor, and local church. The pool table and Pac-Man game are fun. Beautiful views near, not directly on property. Close to Smokey Mountain National Park and gorgeous drives all around. This cabin is centered between many local towns. Do not recommend driving a truck as the road is super narrow, sharp switchbacks, and VERY rough. Bring small suv, jeep or car. (Trailers of any length will NOT make it to the cabin).
We would stay here again! Loved it!
The cabin is very quiet. There are other cabins nearby. The pool table in the cabin was a lot of fun. The bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the porch. I sat outside every day for a bit to read my book. I would recommend grading the road up to the cabin. It's really bumpy.
This sweet little cabin was everything we needed for a quiet weekend away. We enjoyed the location being close to area attractions but feeling secluded when unwinding for the day. Firefly watching off the porch was a favorite. We plan to go back!
Other reviews have mentioned the drive up. While out of control of the owners, the road up to the cabin was difficult to drive up in our Prius but doable with careful planning. It didn't affect our stay significantly at all, but it is worth mentioning to other folks planning a drive up.
Great cozy small cabin for a couple. Loved the jacuzzi in the living room, comfortable bed, the pool table was one of the largest we have seen in a cabin. But, most of all we loved the Pacman arcade. Took me back to my childhood days.
The cabin could use a little more things in the kitchen though. Especially to use if you cook or grill out such as more grill items, there was no wine bottle opener(well it was tore up)no wine glasses, no paper towels to use. Just like things I can easily overlook.
The driveway leading to the cabin is level and has plenty of room to turn around in. The road going up to the cabin is a little rough and a car would drag, but what do you expect your in the mountains. (:
The owner is very nice and responsive! I would stay with them & at this cabin again!
Nice cabin in a good location just outside the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge. Perfect place for a couple or a small family (1-2 young children). Owner was very responsive and provided great communication about the property and some local recommendations. We would definitly stay again!
The cabin and hosts are fantastic! It is clean and has everything you would need for just a few nights! Our only complaint (which is not necessarily anyones fault) is the rather rough and narrow driveway leading up to the cabin. It could do with a bit of TLC, but is not that detrimental to your visit. Just be weary of the road condition when making your trek up the hill. As I said though, it won’t effect your trip much if at all!
