3 bedroom, 2 bath home in the heart of Silver Lake. Home sleeps 9 comfortably! Perfect for 2 families to share. King bed in master with direct access to first floor bathroom, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin size bed, and 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds! Neighborhood offers a community heated pool, basketball/tennis/pickle ball courts, shuffle board and a club house (within 100 feet). A quick walk (3minutes) to the neighborhood private beach on Silver Lake. Long driveway for trailer/UTV/Boat parking. Only 1 mile from downtown Silver Lake and 2.4 miles from the ORV Silver Lake Sand Dunes park entrance. We are located 0.8 miles from the famous Mac Wood's Dune rides and 0.9 miles from the State Park & boat launch.
