FEET from the Silver Lake Sand Dune Entrance!

Enjoy a large open floor plan in this 1400sq ft cottage built in the 2003. New floors 2022. A perfect entertainment living with comfortable furnishings and 75” TV with access to your favorite streaming services. Amenities include Central Air Conditioning, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, well-equipped kitchen, and a 2 car-garage. You can comfortably seat and entertain 10-12 people in the living room and kitchen. BBQ is available for use on the back patio, but plan to bring your own propane in case we are out. Ample parking is available in the front yard for up to 4 vehicles and 2 large trailers. We can help with additional parking accommodations if notified in advance. Sleep space includes 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds. There is also floor space in 2 bedrooms for you to bring and blow up 1 queen air mattress and 1 full air mattress. Coffee maker, Toaster, and general kitchen needs are on site. The house is behind Silverback Off-road Rentals use that for GPS purposes until the address is automatically sent to you!

Overall the house is in a good location and was convenient for our stay but the beds in the rooms are not comfortable and their was a lack of dishes and towels.

We stayed with a group of friends for Memorial Weekend to ride the dunes. Alex was very easy to contact, responding almost immediately whenever I reached out. The house has the best location, literally feet from the dunes entrance. We had ample amount of parking for all of our vehicles, trailers, and sxs. The house was clean and we had no issues. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great place with great amenities and great location! There were a couple things that could have been much better for the price they ask: One downfall were the beds. Not a single one was comfortable. Each one has some kind of issue. One didn't even fit the frame or have box springs, so we just put the mattress on the floor and slept on it that way. One bed rolled everytime you sat on it or tossed and turned. The other bed was super stiff, comparable to sleeping on the floor. The other downfall was there were no TVs in the bedrooms. A cheap flat screen in each one would be nice. Otherwise, this is a very nice place and location is great. You definitely pay for the location. As far as comfort, no one slept all weekend.We made the best of it and would stay here again, but noy until they get the bed situation figured out.

We enjoyed our stay here, plenty of room for five of us and our two dogs. Really liked being able to keep our atv's in the garage at night and while we did other things away from the cabin. Everything was clean and tidy and was comfortable with central A/C.Thanks!

Clean house in great proximity to dunes.

The house was clean and comfortable, plenty of parking for a large trailer, and had garage access for storing toys which was great. Able to easily ride toys right into the dunes without trailering. Great location!
