Located on the hills above the village of Rontalon, just outside Lyon and in the heart of the Monts du Lyonnais, the cottage occupies the (raised) ground floor of a townhouse that also includes a second unit upstairs. Here, you’ll enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the beautiful, unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. On a clear day, the view stretches all the way to Lyon and, in the distance, to the Alps. The cottage features a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—a bathroom (with shower), and a separate toilet. The living room and the bedroom (with one double bed) open directly onto the balcony with patio furniture through a French door. Access to the cottage is via an interior courtyard, part of which is covered. Parking spaces are also available. A shared washing machine is available. The owners, who are farmers, live down the hill.
