Ada's Midtown Garden

This cute 2BR is one unit of a side-by-side duplex with an amazing garden located right in midtown Wilmington! The carefully cultivated backyard garden is remarkable: nearly year round flowers, birds singing, a coi pond, water fountains, and plenty of space to relax outside. Nestled in a cute community, and super convenient to grocery stores, shopping, UNCW, 10 min to Wrightsville Beach, 20 min to Carolina Beach. Located on a bike trail that runs from the Cape Fear River to downtown and the ocean!!

As you enter the garden, you'll be under a pagoda with a tiled patio, where you can enjoy the outdoors even in the rain. Then you'll see an an incredibly peaceful landscape of native plants, tropical delights, a variety of flowers so there are nearly year round blooms, a coi pond, water fountains, and brick and cobblestone pathways throughout the garden. It's hard to put into words how relaxing and peaceful it is. Then at night, the garden automatically lights up and is simply stunning. The palm trees in the front yard light up as well. There's a loquat tree in the backyard that has delicious fruit for you to enjoy when it's in season.

The home is completely remodeled with new everything, and is nice, clean, and updated. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics and a coffee and snack bar. The spacious living room has comfortable seating and a large Roku smart TV and wifi. Vaulted ceilings throughout, dining room with table, washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a brand new comfy queen memory foam/gel hybrid mattress with mattress protector. There is one off street parking in the driveway and plenty of street parking.

Romantic getaway, family trip, or weekend with friends, Ada's Midtown Garden will surely be a memorable trip for everyone.

The house is great! It was too cold to enjoy the outside, but the inside was so comfortable. It was very clean, coffee pods available as well as a snack basket. The location is great with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The kitchen was equipped with good pans and the appliances were sparkling.
