Welcome to my piece of paradise! This is a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath condo that has been renovated with new appliances and bedding. An Electronic Door Locking System (so you no longer have to keep up with a key unless you want to). Also, recently updated1st and 2nd floor.
New flooring throughout the 1st and 2nd floors and a completely renovated full bathroom. The tub has been removed and replaced with a beautiful RAIN SHOWER with glass doors and 6 individual shelves. You can now keep your stuff in the shower without packing it all up and take it back to your room.
Not to mention, but I will: brand new wood looking tile floor continued into the rain shower with two shower heads. And if that is not enough, OAK STAIR CAPS!!

Just in, another upgrade. The Master Bedroom now has a SLEEP NUMBER KING SIZE BED!!! All bedding is supplied with 600 thread count Egyptian Cotton Sheets and pillowcases along with HOTEL LUXURY thick towels and hand towels.

YOU are within walking distance of numerous restaurants, including Sea and Suds:(on Pier), The Pink Pony:(on Pier), The Hangout, Mikee's Seafood, Shrimp Basket, Bicycle Rental Store, Hooters, Desoto's, SURF SIDE MARKET for your Grocery needs and many more. For those late-night munchies, Waffle House is right next door.

You will have an easy 3 block walk to The HANGOUT MUSIC FESTIVAL AND THE SHRIMP FESTIVAL. Why buy a bus pass and have to wait for it to show up with the rest of the crowds when you can avoid ALL that TRAFFIC and HEADACHE and just take an easy walk to your POOL and Condo.
