Haus Seebär is a cozy, detached roof house in the holiday park of Fedderwaddersiel near the dike.

The house has a living area of 88 square meters, has been completely renovated and is fully furnished. It has 3 bedrooms (master bedroom with double bed, children's room with 1 bed and a large sofa bed, which can be reached via the space-saving staircase in the attic as usual for the Nurdach houses, and a guest room with a pull-out bed on the ground floor), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and a large living / dining room with fireplace and TV.

The three bedrooms all have shutters and mosquito screens. For families there is an additional cot (70 mattress) as well as a child and a baby chair. A washing machine is in the bathroom.

We are happy to provide bed linen and towel sets for a fee.

The large south-west terrace leads to the approximately 500 square meter, protected garden, which has been lovingly laid out with beds and lawn and a paved path to the garden shed. Garden furniture, awning and grill as well as a handcart round off the day comfortably.

There are two parking spaces on the property.

The house is suitable for families with children or friends who want to enjoy rest and relaxation.

Enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful ambience in our holiday home as well as wonderful relaxation on the 500 sqm plot in Butjadingen. Time ticks differently here! Look forward to the versatility of the North German Wadden Sea and the vast landscape with the cutter harbor and bird sanctuary. And in bad weather, the seaside city of Bremerhaven offers you an extensive range of museums and shopping opportunities.

For the final cleaning you have to pay 50, - Euro.

Also to be paid on site are the electricity costs, which we charge depending on usage (30 cents / KWh) after the end of the rental period directly with the final acceptance.

The municipality of Butjadingen charges a guest contribution, which is levied on the landlord, in the amount of € 2.40 / day and person over 13 years. Children from 2-12 years pay € 1.50 / day, children up to 2 years do not pay a guest fee.
