Resort "Tossens". 1 km from the centre of Tossens, on the outskirts, 13 km from the centre of Burhave, 24 km from the centre of Nordenham, 700 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property with lawn, parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, bus stop 150 m, grass beach 700 m, indoor swimming pool 500 m. Please note: suitable for families. The photograph shows a typical example. All facilities within the park can be used (some for a fee). All holiday properties are furnished differently depending on the owner and are well equipped.
"Nordseeblick", 4-room semi-detached house 85 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, renovated in 2022, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Terrace, lawn. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Ich war 2 Wochen mit meinen Kindern in diesem schönen und sauberen Ferienhaus. Es ist super ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist auch super und man ist schnell zu Fuß am Deich/ Wasser. Sehr freundliche Vermieter.

Wir waren sechs Personen und alle gut zufrieden! Sauber, gemütlich, zentral. Dieses Haus werde ich weiter empfehlen! Auch die Vermieter waren sehr nett und freundlich, obwohl wir sie per Telefon am Wochenende gestört haben, dafür noch einmal Entschuldigung und danke für die Unterkunft

Tolle Wohnung und Kontakt

Wir haben die Wohnung sehr ordentlich übernommen. Die Küche ist funktional und es war alles vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist zügig aufgebaut und dieser ist sehr freundlich. Alles in allem „Sehr gut“ Das WLAN war bei hoher Auslastung zeitweise langsamer. Aber ok.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Vom Toaster über Kaffeemaschine bis zur Mikrowelle ist alles vorhanden. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben ist eine Waschmaschine, das wäre das i-Tüpfelchen um alle Sterne zu erreichen.

Wir reisten mit unseren 3 Kindern an. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war problemlos, die Einrichtung komplett, wie man es sich wünscht. Unseren Kindern hat es auch sehr gefallen. Wir fühlten uns wohl. Gerne wieder.

Reisemängel

Leider haben wir die Wohnung nicht so vorgefunden, wie beschrieben. Am Tag der Anreise haben wir den Vermieter kontaktiert, da die Toilettenspülung im OG alle 5 - 10 Minuten nachspülte. Dieses mussten wir, 14 Tage, Tag und Nacht ertragen. Im EG funktionierte nach ein paar Tagen der Wasserkran nicht mehr. Diese Mängel wurden in den 14Tagen nicht behoben. Die Terrassentür ging auch nach dem ersten Tag nicht mehr auf. Dieser Mängel wurde umgehen. Küche u. Teppichboden befinden sich in altem Zustand

Vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar. Die Toilettenspülung und der Wasserhahn wurden in der Zwischenzeit repariert, ebenso die Terrassentür.

Gemütliche Unterkunft, alles vorhanden was man braucht, sehr sauber. Was uns fehlte war ein wenig Platz für Lebensmittel. Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise problemlos (Schlüsselkasten am Haus). Vielen Dank für ein paar schöne Tage.
