Property was really nice with a wonderful backyard. House was well equipped all that we needed for during our stay. Very nice complex with many wonderful people. Great location for getting around the Palm Springs area. We went to many of the hiking trails, all are exceptional.

Perfect in Palm Springs

This property was perfect for my husband and I along with our dog. The private back yard is lovely, and allowed our dog to run and play. The development is quiet, but is in a great location to explore Palm Springs and the surrounding area.

Nice Neighborhood

The house was decorated very nicely. Beautiful yard! But is does need a new couch and the green egg bbq didn’t work as well as I except, would of preferred a propane or gas bbq.

Thank you for your nice review Terry. I do plan to replace the sofa this spring. It didn't wear as well as I hoped it would in this dog friendly home. The green egg bbq is fantastic but it is not as easy as a gas grill. Happy to host you again!

I am writing to express my surprise at receiving a two-star review of my property, given that you only reported two issues during your stay, specifically a broken dish and a power fault with the spa. The inclement weather in December 2025 was, unfortunately, unavoidable

My hometown is San Francisco and this home is my desert escape. I've been visiting Palm Springs since the 1970's and finally purchased a second home/vacation rental.

Why they chose this property

I love the location of this community. Surrounded by million dollar homes, yet just 10 minutes from the airport or the downtown area.

What makes this property unique

My home has a garage, is single level with only one attached neighbor. The home and large walled garden are very private. A little oasis. Green Egg, outdoor burner, fire table, outdoor heater, private jacuzzi spa, and relaxing patio swings. You'll love it!
