We had a great time staying here while in Paso Robles visiting friends. The house is easily walkable to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. While small, the house is designed and furnished to feel spacious and comfortable. The hosts were very generous and responsive. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect location

This cottage is just what we needed. Very close to town and all the amazing restaurants, wineries, and breweries. The cottage has all the amenities of home and tucked away in a quiet location. We will definitely be staying here again soon.

Great stay in Paso!

Was such a great place to stay in Paso Robles! A short walk from downtown and all the restaurants/bars. The place was cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway. Would absolutely recommend!

The cottage needs a deep cleaning. The carpets, blankets and specifically the arm chair caused me to continuously sneeze and have terrible allergies. I usually don’t have such a strong reaction to pet dander. The arm chair has pet urine on it. It was quite humid on Saturday and the smell was quite strong.

Great Location

We were able to walk everywhere that we needed to. The property had a nice gated private parking space. The cottage was very clean and cozy. It was the perfect home base for a weekend.

We loved staying @ Cozy Cottage walkable to coffee, meals and the park. Well appointed, clean, comfortable bed, fresh coffee pods was a thoughtful touch! Appreciated motion sensor lights too, we’ll try to find those for our house 😊

Perfect!

We travel up to Sonoma County from LA County quite often and stopped in Paso (half way) this time. This cottage is so cozy, has everything you need, and it is within talking distance to restaurants, wineries, and shops. We will definitely be visiting again!

Cozy Paso Cottage with convenient location

Cute, clean & super comfy. Nice, neat and perfectly nifty. This downtown cottage has everything you want and more. I doubt that we'll ever stay in a Paso hotel again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to our return.

Perfect, Cozy Spot in Paso!

My husband, our dog and I absolutely loved our stay in this perfect Paso cottage. It had everything we needed and more. The yard was completely fenced and felt very private and that made traveling with our dog a breeze. The inside was beautiful and modern, and there were so many small, thoughtful touches throughout. You can walk to get coffee and food, and the neighborhood is quiet for walking a dog as well. We would come back here in a heartbeat / rent the larger house if we came with friends!

Cozy modern cottage in a good location

Property is clean and very close to the town square. Full of features like a smart TV, smart thermostat and tankless water heater and a nice large walk in shower with tall ceilings throughout. The enclosed yard was nice for the dogs as was the direct access for the car in front of the property - though the entry for cars is a really tight and a bit awkward in the back off the alley, but manageable - just a little nerve wracking getting in and out sometimes with a small crossover suv. Overall, we would love to stay here again when in town and would recommend to couples wanting a cozy private place to stay.

Everything was perfect about this adorable little cottage. Clean, comfortable, plenty of space for the two of us, and a private sitting area outside bedroom door that opened up to a table and grill. Was fenced in so perfect for our dog while we sipped wine under the trees. Location can’t be beat as short walk to downtown. Can’t wait to go back!

Great Getaway Trip

Spent 3 days in Paso and then decided to add an extra day. The owners were very accommodating. This is a great place to stay for two people. Location was walking distance to downtown and reasonably priced. We will be back.

Fantastic find!

Les was a great host! Our flight changed three times. They were very patient as we were in constant communication about our arrival changes. The location was perfect and the place was perfect! I’d highly recommend the Downtown Cozy Cottage to anyone! We’ll be back!

Excellent location in Paso Robles

This was an excellent location in Paso Robles. It had everything we were looking for: close to shops and restaurants, secure off- street private parking for our SUV, secure area in back for the dog to stretch her legs, excellent instructions for how to use the WiFi, fully equipped kitchen and well sized modern bathroom. Quick trip to Paso

The cottage had everything we needed. It was well appointed and had a comfy bed. Short walk to downtown, so a very convenient location. It had luxurious bedding and blankets, cooking spices and Kcups. They even provided a bowl and puppy treats for your favorite furry friend. We will be back!

The Cottage is the result of a dream to build a cottage that captured the historic charm of the main house on the property which was built in 1892. The Cottage has been designed to match the "Homestead House" which gives the property a quant and charming ambience. The Cottage has its own secluded and gated area with a separate entrance for privacy. If rented with the Homestead House, the Cottage can access the balance of the property so that guests can enjoy each others company.
