Located on the desirable west side of downtown Paso Robles is this wonderful 1918 Craftsman home. This home is located just 5 blocks from the famed Paso Robles restaurants and downtown wineries. Enjoy the large fenced yard with hot tub and expansive outdoor areas. Under the Oaks is the perfect destination, as have the entire property to yourselves. House has a full kitchen, living + dining areas and one bedroom.

Living Space:

This home features a western decor in this craftsman style living space. The living room has leather couch & chair and features a Smart TV.

The kitchen is Fully-stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker as well as an Nespresso espresso machine, are provided for your morning pick me up.

The Bedroom has a King size bed and a 50” Smart TV.

The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower. There is a full size washer and dryer.

Outdoor Areas:

The outdoor backyard space is fully fenced and features a large open space with spa, seating area and fire pit. Grill it up on the gas BBQ.

Additional Amenities

Also enjoy Board games, Bluetooth speaker, outdoor games, etc. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and private parking. Shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens are provided. Everything you need for a perfect getaway!

This home is easily accessible to Hwy 101 and only 5 minutes away from downtown Paso Robles.

Pet Policy:

We are DOG-friendly with a Fifty dollar per pet fee. Maximum pet allowance is 2.  Failure to disclose pet and pay the fee will result in a Five Hundred Dollar additional fine. Guests are required to clean up after their pets.  Pets are not to be left unattended at any time.

It is our goal to make you feel at home while on vacation or business. You will receive thorough check-in instructions via email which will include the lockbox or keypad code three days prior to your visit to facilitate the check-in and check-out process.

Paso Robles Tranquility

Perfect stay for two. Nice walk to town square for dinner, breakfast at Joe's place around the corner, beautiful drives to the vineyards. Refreshing.

Cute cottage with everything you need

We loved the chance to stay in this historic home under giant oaks. Quiet neighborhood, a sunny porch and easy walking distance to restaurants and tasting rooms.

Cute cozy place!

This was great for what we needed. There was just 2 of us and a small dog. The bedroom is tight, with little space for luggage, but there is a nice closet to hang things if needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook meals easily! The backyard is fully fenced but there are some areas where the fence doesn’t hit the ground so a small dog needs to be watched so they don’t get out. The location was great for us! Overall a great stay!

Paso in Spring

The property is ideally located, has a great kitchen and spacious backyard we enjoyed with our dogs. Unwinding in the hot tub each evening was a plus! Great communication throughout, everything went exactly as planned. Can’t wait to return to Paso again, so very lovely in the Spring, green and lush as far as the eye can see.

The home is so close to downtown, but the neighborhood was very peaceful & quiet. The home is cute with many amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, appliances, coffee, tea, etc. The bed is super comfortable. We will stay here again! Do & K

Great Location

Only got positive things to say. The location on a quiet residential road in downtown Paso is excellent, access to hot tub was great after biking for 2 days. Bed is really comfy. Kitchen is really fully stocked with everything you can think of including consumables such as oil, foil, spices etc. bathroom was newly decorated, shower had great pressure to it, nice touch with the heater above the towel rack. If I’m been picky I would say there is a lack of draws for storing clothes in the bedroom but that would be it. Used washing machine and dryer, both fine, all in all very pleased and would highly recommend.

great place

Lovely little house that we adore. This was our second stay at this adorable little craftsman home. It is updated with great amenities throughout and a very comfortable king bed with excellent pillows and bedding. Really a lovely little place. The only reason for the overall 4 star rating (mostly 5 star in all other aspects) was due to problems with the wifi and tv in the front room, and a new building going up right behind the house. They did stop work (and thus noise) before 4pm, and did not start up again until after 8am the next day, but it has made what was once a peaceful backyard where you could lie in the hammock and stare up at the trees and the sky, into a place where there feels like there is no privacy in the backyard due to the looming new building. The owner did respond immediately to us about the tv issue, and came over to try and troubleshoot. I am sure too that she will try and make the backyard more private once the building behind the house is done. We still highly recommend this house.

Centrally located in Paso, walk to downtown. House has any appliance you could want. Top quality utensils, great kitchen, quality shower. Loved the hot tub. quiet neighborhood, good sleep, fun yard, multiple outdoor seating spaces.

Quaint, Quiet, Cozy

As described, a cute and quaint home nestled under the oaks built in 1918. All features to have a comfortable stay on site. Hot tub, fire put, and spacious fenced in backyard complemented us and our pooch. No issues at all, directions for use easy and applicable. Quiet neighborhood was complimentary to our stay. This is the second time we have stayed here. It is very nice! Has high end products, awesome hot tub and yard and you can walk to town easily. Close to everything! We just love it. Super clean and comfortable!

Comfortable spot in the heart of Paso Robles

My wife and I were very comfortable in this house right in the heart of Paso Robles. The house was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well laid out and we made several good meals with local ingredients. Backyard space was also great. Off street parking was a real plus.
