The Property is Privately Owned by Seamonster Properties (Gretchen and Brett Seamons) and is not managed by a Rental Company. We offer personal service because we own and maintain the condo. Rest assured you will not be disappointed!

Welcome to your new vacation home! Our condo is a large first floor unit with direct access to the beach and pool. There is a private patio for you to sit and enjoy the outside in peace while children use the pool. It's also a great place to store all of your beach equipment without lugging everything up the elevator and tracking sand through the living room! The condo's convenient location allows you to skip the stairs/elevator and makes getting to the beach a whole lot easier/faster. The pool area includes loungers, a hot tub, and pool that is heated seasonally.

Beach Service - Mar-1 to Oct-31
Please enjoy 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella on us. La Dolce Vista will set up and break down each day.
On the first day, let the attendant know you are staying in unit 107 and the length of your stay.
Chairs and an umbrella are guaranteed but a specific spot is not. For $15 per day, you can reserve a specific spot of your choice (e.g. front row, center). Please tip your attendant.
If you are interested in additional rentals, please contact La Dolce Vista at 866-6511-869 for chairs, tables, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis and much more.

Our unit is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths including a tub/shower combo in each bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with king beds, one "kids" room with a twin bed over a full-sized bed, and a queen-sized Cozy Mattress sofa sleeper in the living room. There are USB charging ports at every bedside.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a blender, a Keurig and a standard coffee pot, a toaster, a crock-pot, pots/pans, utensils, plates/cups, and so much more. The unit also includes a private full size washer/dryer. There are also cooking basics available for you to use: some spices, oil, salt, and pepper.

To accommodate our youngest guests, the condo is fully equipped with baby gear including a high chair, pack and play, stroller, and baby monitor in order to make traveling with little ones a bit easier. There are also toys, games, and beach toys for the kids. The fenced in patio provides a nearby area for parents to closely watch kids in the pool without ever leaving the condo.

We have gone out of our way to make our condo feel like home during your stay. We provide extra beach towels for you to use while at the beach. The condo includes cable and wifi and each bedroom has its own TV. Bedrooms also include USB port stations on each nightstand for your convenience.

There is a newly renovated exercise room on the property as well as a grilling area complete with an arbor and picnic tables. Island Princess is well known for its manicured grounds and well kept property.

A few rules:
Six is the maximum number of adults allowed to rent the unit. There is additional sleeping for adolescents and young children. Maximum capacity is nine. There must be a person over the age of 25 staying at the condo during the entire booking. You must be over the age of 25 to make a booking. All of this will be verified using the ring camera at the front door.

The property was just as described. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed being close to the beach. We were able to easily walk out to the beach. The beach service was a great perk as well.The only thing that we didn’t think of when we picked it was the location of the condo- The pool is right in front which is great- but also at times if we wanted the curtains open the people on the pool could see right in. It didn’t bother us- it just wasn’t something we thought of.We all enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay again.

Home away from home

This condo is so inviting and cozy! Our family of 5 had plenty of space, and it had everything we needed and then some. The owners are thoughtful and accommodating to their guests and pull out all the stops with little things that made all the difference; beach towels, laundry soap, pots/pans/baking dishes, travel hair dryers, wifi, etc. It was worth every penny!

Family Vacation

Check in was great! We were allowed in right after the cleaning was complete. The location was perfect. We could sit on the patio and watch the children play in the pool. It was so convenient. We were missing a blender and the owner had one delivered within an hour. Customer service was the best! We hope to stay here every year with our family.

Family vacation greatness

Our condo and it’s location to the pool was fantastic! With children under 5 not having to use an elevator was such a time savor! Our condo had everything! All cookware and bakeware you will need, spices and oil. It had dishwasher detergent and soap. Laundry soap and dryer sheets. Charging stations in every room. Games and books on the area. Everything! It really came with everything! We came 2 years ago and stayed in a different condo that didn’t have all this so we felt like this time we got the Royal treatment! They even provided a roll away bed for our teenage grandson which was a real blessing. I would absolutely recommend this condo and stay here again! It was wonderful!

Best 1st Family Vacation!

My husband has family in the area and we’ve stayed at the Island Princess before, just different units. This one was by far the best. We have 3 small children and our friends stayed with us as well. There was plenty of room for everyone. The condo was so clean and had everything we needed. The unit was right next to the pool and the grocery store was only a 5 minute drive away. We grabbed dinner at The Gulf one night and on our way back got the kids ice cream at this little mini golf place down the road. Gretchen was quick to reply when I missed the code for the pool gate in the welcome information. For whatever reason the wifi network was connecting to the unit above, but once we realized that, our kids tablets worked fine. The beach was perfect as always and the attendants were great. Our family who lives in the area met us at the beach a couple times. I really have only wonderful things to say. We’re so happy we found this unit and booked it. Successful first family vacation and memories were made!!!

Great Location

You could not have better access to both the swimming pool and the beach. Condo is equipped with everything you need and some extras! We had to fix the lint trap on dryer. There was so much lint clogged in the space that the filter wouldn't go completely down and the clothes were getting stuck on the edges of it. Once we fixed it, the clothes dried fine. You may want to bring your own iron. The one provided has the markings worn off. Therefore, you can't see the settings and have to guess about the iron temperature. The biggest deal is that you must be careful, because it leaves black marks on your clothes. The cable didn't work the last two days of our stay. Luckily, we were able to watch TV on our phones. Overall, the condo was comfortable and the owner provides a fast response time to inquiries. We would recommend.

We are so excited to share our beautiful beachfront condo with you! We hope that you enjoy the powdery sand and warm sunshine as you relax and take a break from your busy life! The condo has been completely renovated with all new ceramic hardwood floors, all new stainless steel appliances, and all new cabinets. The back door is poolside, and just 55 steps from the sand. Because we have young children and teenagers in our family, we know how great it is to go on vacation and stay somewhere where everything is provided for you! That's why we manage this property ourselves. We hope to anticipate your every need. We provide beach towels, a travel crib, high chair, stroller, baby monitor, beach toys, and kid plates, bowls & utensils. There are USB ports and TVs in every room. Just pack a swimsuit and come! Why they chose this property

This condo unit is especially good for families with small children or older adults who do not want to climb stairs or wait for elevators. It is on the ground floor just steps away from the pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and access to the beach. The parking lot is also just a few steps away. The patio is another living area and makes great storage for all of your sandy beach gear. It can be accessed directly from the pool area.
