About this property

High Noon - Beautiful Mountain Views

Sit high up on the mountain and enjoy all of the breath-taking mountain scenery that this light and bright 4 bedroom, 4 bath home has to offer, along with a great in-town location--just a few blocks from Highlands' famous Main Street! Two levels of spacious covered decks allow for countless evenings of al fresco dining and awesome sunset views.
Main Level: The primary bedroom has a King bed, ensuite bath, and access to a balcony that connects to the main deck on the backside of the home. A guest bedroom (Queen) is just down the hall with an attached (shared) bath. You'll also find an open area with an updated kitchen, breakfast & coffee bar, and a large dining table that can be converted into a Billards table. On the backside of this area is a spacious sitting room surrounded by large big picture windows facing the wide-angle mountain view, with access to the large main level deck.
The upper level past the entrance from the 2-car garage has a generous sitting area with a TV & game table alongside a kitchenette, and it's own bathroom and private bedroom (King and a Full bed).
The lower level has another sitting area with a desk, flat screen TV, coffee bar, pull-out sofas and access to another large deck with sleeping swing. The fourth bedroom (King) and bath are also located on the lower level.
The home has a modern gas fireplace on the main level, a firepit and gas grill on the main deck, and another firepit area below the house that can be accessed by stepping down the stairs off of the deck.
It's the perfect place to enjoy all of the luxuries of the Blue Ridge Mountains while only being a short drive*** away from all of the world-class shops and restaurants that Downtown Highlands has to offer!
***Less than a minute's drive to Highlands Post Office, which serves as the beginning on Main Street in Highlands. Guests could choose to walk from this home, although you may end up winded on the way back up, since it has steep gradual incline on the .3 mile road that leads up to the house.

*This is an animal friendly property. Pets must be approved and a pet fee is required.*
**Please note this home does have exterior surveillance cameras with a view of the driveway for security purposes**

[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]

** Please be advised that the Convenience fee is the credit card processing fee for the reservation. If you wish to avoid this fee, you may still place your reservation but will need to call the office and pay by echeck **

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy is outlined below:
For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, guest shall receive a refund of all payments made* less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation AND the cost of any trip insurance if purchased.
*Refunds do not include third-party service fees as those are determined by the booking site and we do not control how those funds are processed.
For any reservations that are more than 21 days, No refund will be given unless the property is re-rented over the previously booked dates.
You may purchase Travel insurance to cover your trip for cancellations. Contact Highlands Vacation Rentals for details.
