With approximately 1,200 square feet, this two-bedroom residence features king beds in both bedrooms, two queen sleeper sofas, a full-size kitchen and an extra kitchenette, two bathrooms and a private balcony.

This two bedroom consists of a One bedroom unit and a Studio unit connected with adjoining door.

One bedroom unit features a master suite with a king bed, flat screen television and large bathroom with divider door. Bath includes a double vanity and soaking tub on one side and large shower with double shower head, vanity and toilet on the other side. Large open concept living area with full size kitchen, counter seating and dining table, large living room with gas fireplace and flat screen television. This unit also includes a private balcony with seating and views of beautiful Breckenridge and a full size stackable washer and dryer.

The suite unit features a bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette and living area. There is a king bed and flat screen television in the bedroom and a queen size pull out sofa in the living area with a second flat screen TV. The kitchenette consists of a refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave and stove top and includes dishes and utensils.

The two bedroom unit includes two ski lockers for storing your gear and two parking spaces in the heated underground lot.

The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is located at the base of Peak 7 just steps from the Independence SuperChair, providing the ideal entry for exploring the ski area. The BreckConnect Gondola is also located at Peak 7, providing free direct access to Peak 8 as well as historic downtown Breckenridge.

Guests of all ages will enjoy access to multiple heated pools and stone hot tubs both indoor and outdoor. The aquatics area includes two outdoor pools with a water slide, waterfall splash area and fountain. The large indoor/outdoor pool connects to the children’s pool inside, with playful water features for the little ones. Multiple landscape-inspired hot tubs and an adults-only relaxation area located at the base of the mountain make for the perfect end to a day of skiing and riding. Guests can enjoy complimentary spa robes for the duration of their visit as well as pool towels and locker room facilities in the aquatic area.
