NOTE: The Property Fee of $79 covers insurance for any property damage up to $5000.

Mountain Thunder Lodge is one of the most luxurious condos in Breckenridge and at the great location. Nestled in pines only a couple blocks from Main Street where all of the dining and shopping is located. For the skiers, the lodge is ski in and ski out via the gondola which is just out the back door about 200 yards. The gondola provides fast and easy access from the condo to the heart of the ski area at the bases of Peak 7 and Peak 8 where you will find on-mountain dining, ski schools, rentals, etc, and several other lifts including the Independence SuperChair, the Rocky Mountain SuperChair and the Colorado Superchair.

The suite is located on the second floor in the sister build to the main lodge. It's facing West which is opposite of road to give you peace and quite. The pool is only steps away with views of it from your balcony. Your private equipment locker is on the fisrt floor only steps away.

For you stay, there is free and private underground parking. For added convenience, a free and private shuttle picks up at the front door to take you around town. Also, the Summit Stage, a free county wide bus system, stops across the street.

Keep in mind, the entire complex is non-smoking and does not allow pets. A new memory foam American Leather sofa was recently purchased.

The only issue we had was not being able to adjust the temperature in the unit so it was a little too warm for our comfort (the thermostat read 75 degrees at all times even when we tried to turn it down to 65 degrees)

Loved loved loved this property. From the moment we arrived it was warm, welcoming, super easy check in process. Close to everything, walkable to lift( use the property's underground tunnel to shuttle parking area), to just a few blocks from dt! We enjoyed the fireplace every nite, pool was refreshing but comfortable to swim in at nite and the hot tubs were soothing and so relaxing after a hard day of skiing. We even skied back to our property every day. What a treat. Great communication thru out and kitchen and bath amenities had everything we needed or could want. Thanks for making our ski trip a memorable one in all the best of ways! Definitely will be back to this one!
