Schöne Lage, wunderschöner Garten, Parkplatz, reichhaltige Ausstattung - und dann dieser tolle Blick ! Kleine, altersbedingte Schwächen in Installationen, die man gerne in Kauf nimmt. Ein Haus mit Geschichte.

Wunderbare Lage, traumhafter Blick etc

Wir haben die Unterkunft mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und deren Partnern gebucht. Sie hat unseren Erwartungen sehr entsprochen. Wir hatten dort eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig mit einer großen Küche und einer wunderbaren Terrasse und viel Platz für alle Beteiligten. Der Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht ist wunderschön.

Das Haus liegt traumhaft, ist stilvoll eingerichtet, jedoch können wir die kritischen Kommentare zu mangelnder Sauberkeit und schlechtem Zustand der Zimmer und Sanitär nur bestätigen.

Schönes, altes Haus.

Das Haus hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, sehr schön gelegen, schöne Räume, sehr gut eingerichtete, große Küche , Terrasse und Garten sind sehr einladend. weniger gefallen hat uns das Bett im kleinen Schlafzimmer, Matratze ist dringend erneuerungsbedürftig, ebenso die Dusche, die nicht zu fixieren war.Lästig war auch der Ausfall vieler Glühbirnen. Als ärgerlich empfanden wir die Abfallentsorgung, 2x wöchentlich stinkende Abfalltüten durch die Stadt zu transportieren- ist das wirklich nötig????

Pour être précis, nous dirions plutôt "bien" comme qualification intermédiaire entre "moyen" et "très bien". La maison est vaste, le panorama sur l'estuaire de la Rance et les remparts de Saint Malo est beau ; terrasse et jardin agréable. Quartier calme. Prix élevé pour l'ensemble des prestations.

Vue exceptionnelle

Très bon emplacement et vue exceptionnelle Malheureusement la villa n’était pas propre. Micro-ondes, four, vaisselle, lavabo, les toilettes étaient sales. Table de salle à manger sale Nous avons fait le ménage pendant 3 heures avant de s’y installer. Nous avons sorti la vaisselle nécessaire pour la laver et mis sur des papiers sopalin pour ne pas toucher aux placard.

Mais des travaux d’entretien ne seraient pas superflus (électricité cuisine entre autres, SDB ,volets,portillon) et certains meubles sont à bout de souffle (canapés, chaises,etc) Dommage pour cette belle maison qui mériterait un bon rafraîchissement

vue superbe et situation idéale

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette belle maison spacieuse, à l'intérieur cossu, idéalement située à deux pas des promenades et du centre ville. La vue sur Saint-Malo et une partie de la plage de l'Ecluse est grandiose. Seul point décevant, l'état défraichi de l'intérieur (peintures écaillées, toiles d'araignée, placards de cuisine vieillots). Mais volets électriques et ustensiles de cuisine en très bon état.

Suite à votre commentaire, l'équipe en charge du ménage fera plus attention afin que ce problème ne se reproduise pas. De plus, nous avons veillé à ce que le personnel local ainsi que le propriétaire soient informés des points mentionnés afin de suggérer le renouvellement de la peinture du logement. Malgré les désagréments que vous avez pu rencontrer nous espérons toutefois avoir la chance de vous revoir prochainement.
