This is a safe and family-friendly neighborhood. Desert Bloom Park is 5 minutes away with sports facilities, a lovely stretch of green grass, picnic pavilions, and a children’s playground. World famous Las Vegas strip is only 8 minutes from home. Easy access to T-Mobile Arena, home to the Vegas Golden Knights hockey team and Allegiant Stadium, where the National Football League team, Las Vegas Raiders, play.
