Appartement vetuste et mal entretenu.LIt en mauvais etat.Menage approximatif.vitres non nettoyées Balcon non nettoye et parasol casse inutilisableAbsence de grille pain,Cafetière qui fait du mauvais café, Lames de PVC au sol qui se décollent et presentent des risques,.Globalement Appartement a fuir et beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité des prestations.Cette situation anormale imposerait un dédommagement financier C'etait notre première expérience avec Abritel et cela sera la dernière fois. Cet appartement necessite une inspection d'ABRITEL.

Le ménage est succinct, poussière accumulée dans les rails haut et bas de porte-fenêtre. Coins porte douche encrassés et noirs. L’eau de l’évier remonte dans le bac de douche, robinets qui fuient à la base et pas de mousseurs. Tous les sols sont abîmés et usés. Manque un bac à glaçons, un égouttoir pour les pâtes, vaisselle très usée et ébréchée(même du fromage collé au fond) pas de grille-pain. Il n’y a rien pour faire sécher les maillots et serviettes. Avec la canicule on ne pouvait pas mettre en marche le sèche serviette électrique…et nous ne parlons pas de l’état du balcon ! Bref nous sommes très déçus !!
