The Beach House - Closest House to Magic Sands Beach, Pool, Pickleball Court

Location, location, location. The Beach House is the closest rental house to Magics Beach and Magics Grill. Magic Sands Beach is the the most popular beach in town and gets its name from the fact that the sand comes and goes based on the waves. (Really big waves will pull the sand out and small waves build the beach up. In other words, after a big storm the beach sand disappears and will then build back after the storm. Like "magic.") With chairs, boogie boards and beach gear at the house you are only about 100 steps away from the beach area. After you get back from the beach, rinse off the sand with the handy outdoor shower. We have a pool, pickleball court, ping pong table and foosball table. We will built a large gazebo with a table that seats 12-14 next to the pool for large family barbeques. Under the house near the pool and pickleball court is a ping pong table and a foosball table! Family games galore! Look out the windows and check out the waves before you go to the beach. With 4 bedrooms, the house can sleep up to 14. If you want to be in the middle of the action, this is the place. The main living area is on the 3rd floor of the house which offers terrific views. The top floor has a master bedroom with a king sized bed and attached bath and a 2nd bedroom with a queen sized bed with a full bathroom in the hallway. Each of the bedrooms has peek ocean views. The house has air conditioning throughout with the ability to control the temperature in each room. The second floor has two bedrooms (one with a king sized bed and one with queen bunk beds), a full bath, and a separate game room area with a TV (this has a fold down futon style couch.) There is also a washer and dryer on the second floor. The house was remodeled in January 2022 so it offers a lot of newer and upgraded amenities. In addition to the beach being across the street, the house is also across the street from Magic Sands Grill, one of the most popular local places to eat. Enjoy watching the sunsets every evening from the 3rd floor lanai. The yard is fully fenced for additional privacy and there is plenty of parking for multiple cars. The house is centrally located on Alii Drive such that you are less than 2 miles to the Keauhou Shopping Center to the South and about 1 mile from downtown Kona to the North. The 4 bedrooms have a total of 2 king and 3 queen sized beds. There is also a comfortable queen sized futon in the 2nd floor living room, two padded cots and a comfy couch upstairs for additional sleeping options.
