Located on top floor of a beautiful old building, this renovated studio offers stunning views of iconic sites in Paris, including the Opéra Garnier, the Church of the Holy Trinity and Saint-Augustin,as well as the silhouette of La Défense. Despite being without an elevator, the effort to reach it is rewarded with a modern and bright interior.
The studio includes everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, close to the metro and bus stops, making it easy to explore the city.
The apartment consists of a main room with double bed (140x200) and a comfortable sofa-bed for an additional person, a coffee table and a TV area. You will also find a workspace for your work days. The American kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, a microwave and a refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a sink and a toilet cabinet. You will enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in this apartment.
The apartment is on the 6th and last floor without elevator.
