We stayed for a couple of days to do a few activities in town to break up a long trip. We loved how clean the townhome was and that so much was provided, toilet paper, soap, cleaning supplies, and already enough clean towels. It was a great experience. We visited Ruby Falls, Did the incline to lookout mountain, but our favorite was just walking and doing things on the riverwalk.
We had great stay at a wonderful place. So clean with plenty of room. The garage has a narrow door but we were able to get our car in and out carefully. Host was responsive whenever needed.

We loved the location. The brewery next door had great food and great beer. We rode our bikes to everywhere in the city. Had dinner at State of Confusion and it was fantastic. Beds were comfortable and the space was great for us all have meals and play games after dinner!
This property was clean. We enjoyed staying here. Like others have posted, the garage door is small and we were not able to get our Van into the space. There is no toaster in the kitchen. It is next to the brewery which is a nice bonus.
Nice place, appeares to be recent construction. Close to downtown in an industrial area. Only downside: there are lots of stairs (4 story), and the customers for the brewery next door can take all the street parking.
Clean and well stocked for guests.
The property was well maintained and roomy. The area of town was not what we expected (across from a warehouse area); however, that is no fault of the condo. The only confusion we had was finding the garbage cans outside...we walked around the buildings and finally had to put our trash in another business nearby.
This was the perfect place to stay for a larger group of people. The rooftop balcony was a really cool and peaceful hang-out spot for the group. The overall feel of the house was very comforting and accommodating. The surrounding area looks a little run-down but is in the process of being built up. There are many good places to eat with favorites being Southside Pizza and Mean Mug Coffeehouse! The apartment is also just minutes off the highway so it's easy to get anywhere quickly. I highly recommend this stay!
The townhome was beautiful! Very clean. Steps from OddStory Brewery. The rooftop deck has a wonderful view of the mountains. About a 15 min walk from the historical part of Chattanooga. It's a 4 story townhome with no elevator, so it's not for you if you cannot handle stairs.
Our family of six recently visited Chattanooga for the first time and this Southside townhome was absolutely perfect for us. There was plenty of space for our family of six and the townhome was conveniently located to all our vacation destinations. It offered many extra considerations including white noise makers in every bedroom, board games, and lots of extra blankets and linens, among many others. It was an added bonus to have an attached garage with no worry of having to find a parking space. I highly recommend this rental and hope to stay here again in the future.
Great location, walking distance to an excellent bar/food next door. While nearby to a shopping depot, we didn’t notice any intrusive noise. Lots of white noise machines in each room, which we used. parking in garage is challenging but we fit our SUV (very tight). Street parking was a bit challenging in the evening when we came back bc of bar next doorBiggest trouble was the kitchen. Microwave sometimes flips breaker, and then you’re using an exit on cord to a different outlet. Some outlets throughout the house don’t work.
Very nice townhouse but the parking was horrible. Couldn’t access the garage-too small for a Highlander, and the street parking is parallel only but no spaces available except very early morning when others had left.
Other than that, everything was great!
The home is nice. The rooftop is fun to sit out and visit. We rented several homes in the Southside area. I picked this one so that my elderly father could have a room/bathroom on the bottom floor. My brother-in-law made the cake for the wedding. It was a major disappointment that there was not a working microwave. We tried to make a double boiler but messed up so we have to leave that part out. Very much needed it.
Enjoyed our stay. Nice common areas for our group. Had a nice kitchen and beds were comfortable. Was kid friendly for the 20 month old grandson. Plenty of space. Nice (80 in?) TV in living room to watch football games or movies.
Everything was as advertised.
Oddstory brewery is literally right next door. They had good beer and awesome food. Was very welcome after a long, wet drive.
Was a short drive to downtown, but not really walkable. We did walk to several breweries witch were about a mile away.
It is in an industrial area. A bit noisy early in the morning as all the trucks packed up and departed.
Other reviews talk about the garage being tight. It is. Had a few inches of clearance for our Ford Explorer. Don't think a larger vehicle would fit due to width. I wanted a spotter when I pulled in.
Unit has 4 levels so would not be a good place for anyone who has trouble with stairs.
We had a great stay this past weekend. The property was clean and the description was accurate and beautifully decorated. It was really close to everything. We had plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out without feeling like we were in each others way.
We had a little trouble with check in. We didn't notice the different house numbers and actually went into the wrong property with the same apartment number. It was a little confusing but we got it all figured out. Everything else was great and we had a great stay. The only thing I would recommend is that their be a broom provided to sweep up. We had several kids and were constantly battling crumbs. There is a vacuum provided but a broom would have been really easy to grab and clean up messes with. Oh and parking is a little hard. We were able to park in the garage but my two sister in laws each had to find street parking which can be a little difficult. Great stay overall and would definitely stay again!
