Apartment on the Goitzsche / Muldestausee / Dübener Heide

Our 75sqm bright apartment is located on the edge of the Düben Heath exactly between Goitzsche (approx. 400m) and Muldestausee (approx. 400m). The world-famous Wörlitz Park is only approx. 33 km away. Lutherstadt Wittenberg / Leipzig / Halle / Dessau can also be reached in about 35 minutes and a day trip to Berlin would be possible from here.
For ambitious anglers and hikers and cyclists, our apartment is the ideal starting point. A drive around the Goitzsche (approx. 42km) or a tour across the Dübener Heide is a perfect day trip for the sporty among you.
The Muldestausee and the Goitzsche are also the perfect start for a relaxed and scenic trip with the folding boat or kayak.

Our apartment has a living room, bathroom with shower, large kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed from which you can make two single beds if required.
An extra bed is possible at any time and by arrangement.
TV / radio / hairdryer and bed linen are also included. Hand and bath towels on request.
A baby bed, high chair and various toys are available for the little ones.
The apartment has a parking space and storage space for bicycles or fishing accessories.
A barbecue would also be available.

Sehr schön gejegenes Objekt. Phantastische Gegend zum Fahrradfahrn, Baden und Wassersport.

Originelle und unkonventionelle Wohnung. Sehr hell und geräumig. Die Lage unweit der B 100 bedingt natürlich eine gewisse Lautstärke ( Schlafzimmer zur B 100)) . Ein Kleiderschrank oder wenigstens eine Stange zum aufhängen fehlt.

Die gesamt Wohnung ist freundlich , hell und sauber.

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es war ruhig und die Vermieter sehr nett. Einziges Minus wären die Matratzen, die Könnten vielleicht mal ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung bestens weiterempfehlen.

Sehr grossräumig fussläufig zur Goitzsche.

Die Ferienwohnung ist grossräumig in der Nähe der Goitzsche fussläufig gelegen. Zum Empfang muss man Hundeliebhaber sein. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend aber ohne Waschmaschine. Das Handtücher zu Beginn fehlten war sich nur ein Versehen. Herr Friedrich ist ein lockerer Typ mit dem unkompliziert die Dinge regeln kann. Die Lage ist gut und die Grösse der Wohnung lässt einen gemütliche Tage verbringen.

Eine wirklich saubere und gut ausgestatte Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Der Vermieter und seine Famile ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Nur zu empfehlen!

Nette große Unterkunft mit lieben Gastgebern

Unterkunft: großzügig, mit Liebe gestaltet, es fehlt einem an nichts. Für uns wurde ein Extrabett und Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt. Laut unserem Sohn besser als das Bett zu Hause. Sonst ist alles da, was man braucht... Lage: sehr ruhig gelegen. In 8min Fußweg gibt es einen Edeka zum einkaufen bzw für die morgendlichen Brötchen. Direkt an in der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Badestellen, Wanderwege, einen großen See Groitzsche und viele Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben die Nähe nach Leipzig genutzt: Zoo, shoppen und Belantis. Für schlechte Wettertage bietet Wolfen ein Freizeitbad... Wir hatten Entspannungstage und ActionTage... alles problemlos möglich... Und wie gesagt: tolle Unterkunft... Sohnemann hat schon gefragt, wann wir wieder herkommen :)
