About this property

Idyllic vacation apartment with pool, whirlpool and sauna near Leipzig

Our apartment is ideal for vacationers who want to explore the region or even just want to relax and unwind.

The apartment is tastefully and modernly furnished, about 47m² large and is on the ground floor of our residential house. It has a separate entrance, a compact fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a private terrace with access to our garden and pool, which can be used in the warm season after consultation.

For saunal lovers: For a small extra charge, you can use our sauna with relaxation landscape.

Our apartment is located north of Leipzig between Eilenburg and Krostitz. We offer a very quiet idyllic rural location and nevertheless Leipzig, Delitzsch, Torgau and the Dübener heath are fast and uncomplicated to reach. In the center of Leipzig, for example, In only 25 minutes by car.

The apartment is ideal for 1-2 persons and 1 child (the baby bed has place in the bedroom). In the living room can also be accommodated up to 2 people on the pullout couch.

Zweisamkeit an Silvester !

Um Zweisamkeit zu genießen ist diese kleine gemütliche Ferienwohnung ideal. Der Vermieter ist mit im Haus aber man hat eine eigene Wohnung mit separatem Eingang und seine Privatsphäre ist hier gegeben. Saunabereich ist im Keller den man leider nur von Außen erreicht aber das ist nur kurz um die Ecke und am Ende ist es sehr schön dort. Alles ist vorhanden, von Badeschuhen über Bademäntel, etlichen Handtüchern, Saunadüften, Lotion und Entspannungsmusik.Der Whirlpool ist das absolute Highlight. Es ist überdacht und durch zuziehen von Rollos kann einen keiner sehen.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, hier fehlte es an nichts.

Fahrradtouren in Sachsen

Wir hatten bei der Anreise einen kleinen Unfall bei dem ein Fahrrad kaputt gegangen ist. Dadurch verspätete sich unsere Anreise. FrauHeinze hatte damit überhaupt kein Problem und informierte uns über alles Wissenswerte. Außerdem hatte sie prompt ein Fahrrad für uns parat. Damit war unser Fahrradurlaub gerettet. Es war sehr warm in Sachsen so dass der Pool mit 22/23 Grad eine herrliche Erfrischung war. Die Abende haben wir in dem sensationellen Whirlpool genossen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub mit sehr hilfsbereiten, netten Vermietern und sagen DANKESCHÖN

Sehr nette Vermieter und in der fewo fehlte es an nichts. Der Whirlpool ist ein Traum und wir konnten ihn bei Schnee und Sonne im März genießen.

URLAUB bei Familie Heinze

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für 3 Tage genutzt. Es war eine super Wahl! Wir sind von Fam. Heinze sehr freundlich empfangen und betreut worden und konnten uns richtig gut erholen. In der liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung fehlte es an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Familie Heinze...bis bald irgendwann..

Ankommen - wohlfühlen - genießen

Da wir aus privaten Gründen nur wenige Tage Urlaub hatten, war es uns kaum möglich, alle Angebote, die Familie Heinze mit ihrem Domizil anbietet, zu nutzen. Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen und Fam. Heinze stand uns immer für Fragen zur Seite. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Perfekter Urlaub

Urlaub, wie man es sich wünscht. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Im Haus alles vorhanden, um sich den Tag schön zu gestalten. Pool, Grill und vieles mehr....Im Umkreis viele Städte schnell erreichbar. Leipziger Seenland auch in der Nähe, fantastisch !!

Ein toller Ort wenn man es ruhig haben möchte

Es war super wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen die Ferienwohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt besonders gut hat uns der schöne Garten mit den Pool gefallen den wir natürlich auch nutzen konnten der Ort behlitz liegt sehr idyllisch im grünen total ruhig wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen vielen Dank an Familie Heinze

Sehr schöne Unterkunft!!

Wir waren als Familie dort ( 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder). Platz in der Ferienwohnung war ausreichend vorhanden. Die Begrüßung war sehr nett. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war toll, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Auch im Gartenbereich durften wir alles mitnutzen, was unserem Jüngsten besonders gefallen hat (Pool!!!) Die Umgebung ist schön ruhig, aber man ist auch sehr schnell in Leipzig, wenn Action gewünscht ist. Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!!!

Rundrum Wohlfühlurlaub

Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Fewo, mit schönem Garten, Pool und Sauna. Es wurde an alles gedacht - von Kaffee, Butter, eingefrorenen Brötchen, Wein, Duschbad uvm. Was fehlte wurde sofort besorgt. Unser kleiner Enkel ( 2 Jahre ) fühlte sich im Haus, Garten und Dorf sehr wohl und entdeckte immer Neues. Übrigens sind die Dorfbewohner von Behlitz sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen zu Urlaubern. Wir können die Fewo von Familie Heinze nur weiter empfehlen. Danke für die schöne Zeit bei ihnen und alles Liebe für die Zukunft!

The apartment was perfect for us. Two adult and two children under 10 years. Nice, clean and cosy!

For the first time we booked a home through HomeAway, defiantly do not think it's the last time. Despite the fact that we first decided on the trip at the last minute, and even in high season, we found a magnificent house in Eilenburg. Communication with the owner went easy, quick and smooth. All agreements were met and the house even exceeded our expectations when we arrived. The apartment has everything we could wish for in terms of supplies, towels, shampoo etc. Perfect alternative to a charter holiday at a busy tourist hotel. Can definitely be recommended. Vi har for første gang bestilt hus gennem HomeAway, og tror bestemt ikke det er sidste gang. På trods af vi først besluttede os for rejsen i sidste øjeblik enda i højsæssonen, fandt vi et pragtfuldt hus i Eilenburg. Kommunikationen med ejeren (som selv er bosat ved siden af), forgik let, hurtigt og gnidningsfrit. Alle aftaler overholdt og huset oversteg endda vores forventninger, da vi ankom. Lejligheden have alt hvad vi kunne ønske os både mht. proviant, håndklæder, shampoo mm. Super godt alternativ til en charter-ferie på et fyldt turist-hotel. Kan klart anbefales.
