I built this home in 2005 and recently improved it with all new siding, new architectural roof, all new Pella windows, new hardwood floors, new painting, new furniture, new furnace, hot water heaters, and new dishwasher! It's in MINT condition and ready for your stay!

Safe, quiet, gorgeous, FUN and upscale...and across the street from the most beautiful lake on Chain O'Lakes. This neighborhood has the best people, everyone walks their dog, and everyone is very friendly. I grew up in the area and have seen how much Antioch has grown and prospered over the years into an up and coming boutique town with SO many fun activities all year around, but especially in the summer!

What makes this property unique

You won't find a more upscale home in a lake neighborhood in Antioch. Conveniently located for boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming, shopping, theatre, grocery stores, sports bars, NEW restaurants, boutiques, and gift shops in downtown Antioch.
