Stay was great. FYI-The light on the deck is very dim and the towel rack over the toilet in the main bathroom is loose.

Thank you, Kerin for the review! Our maintenance team has already addressed the towel rack and it's good to go. An interesting fact-the gulf front buildings are required to have dimmer lights-this minimizes light pollution and preserves a natural environment for coastal wildlife-particularly our turtles. They won't approach the beach for nesting if the lights are too bright!

Great Vacation Stay

Our family enjoyed our stay. The 10th floor view was beautiful and we never waited long for an elevator. The facilities such as the splash pad and indoor pool set this complex apart and we're well worth the price of the parking pass. We look forward to a return visit!

Great view and amenities however there was a pair of ladies underwear on the balcony and lots of dishes were put away dirty. With the cost of a cleaning fee I’d expect a little more thorough work. Otherwise we had a great time aside from the many jellyfish during our stay which is uncontrollable

Condo was very clean and nice size. Need a little update. Master bedroom had a dresser that you always ran into because so close to the bed. Shower fixtures were very old and difficult to figure out on how to turn on. Kitchen was missing enough for 8 people to use. Very minimal on cooking dishes. Beds were comfortable . The condo complex had only 1 or 2 elevators working out of 4- which was a nightmare. People would have to wait 30 minutes to get on. Outside pool was supposed to be open on our 2nd day there, but after 5 days it was still closed. Not sure why these were not fixed prior to this spring break. Mopping of floors of main entrance was done at 10:00 am- when people were checking out which made no sense and just waiting for an accident to happen.

Go somewhere else!

We selected this condo facility and unit for our week long family vacation. It was so disappointing. 1) it’s gross - mold on the shower curtain, crumbs and a coffee cup mark on the night stand, grubby walls/door handles/door (literally a booger in the wall, food stains on walls and cabinets in kitchen, dirty light switches, etc.) Clearly there is no wiping of knobs, light switches, etc between guests. 2) Noisy neighbors that don’t give a crap about others. They aren’t college kids either. There were 2 families around us that had little kids screaming and running, while they were playing thumping music, until 11-12 at night. Ridiculous. 3) Did not enjoy the elevator wait - common complaint in ALL reviews but we took the chance. 4) Crap supplies - bad quality dish soap, towels, sheets, etc. You’ll need to basically bring everything because what they supply is horrible. Overall, just should have saved ourselves by staying somewhere where you know they’ll be a consistent experience. Definitely would not recommend anyone go to this condo, and certainly not Phoenix in general. After talking to frequent travelers to the area and locals, this is about the worst chain to stay at. Try one of the other smaller condo places. They are also right on the beach and you’ll have no elevator issue, and likely a better ability to ensure the cleaning and amenities are what you’re looking for.
