Looking for that spacious island retreat for your family & friends? Well look no further - this is the property for you!! Centrally located on the island & only a short walk to the beach, and offers all the amenities that will keep you coming back year after year.

Some of its features include a privately fenced backyard oasis with a private pool, a super fun game room with a pool table, darts, shuffleboard, and Smart TV for entertaining. It is centrally located near grocery stores, shopping, sunset dining, and the entertainment center.

The home has been beautifully decorated with coastal colors and décor that are representative of our Island area. It comfortably sleeps 22 guests in soft mattresses and cozy bedding. The main living area is on the second floor & boasts a large open concept living-kitchen-dining area. The 4 full bathrooms all have walk-in showers, blow dryers, and plenty of towels.

Our beach home is a pet friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. *We strongly encourage that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.*

Fabulous Stay!

Amazing!! So much fun to have the pool and the beach available. Such a great game room and perfect room situation for all involved! My family and friends had a blast and memories were for sure made!! I want to go back already! Best time to visit SPI is def right before Spring Break!! It’s perfect:)

Lovely home with great amenities

The home is spacious, clean and gives you a very comfortable homey feeling where you can relax and enjoy the space. The game room and pool were a big hit! Who knew that we would become addicted to shuffleboard! The property manager was super helpful and recommended some great restaurants on the island. Definitely a home we would stay at for our next visit.

Great house for large family vacation

Great house for a large family. So many extras. Two baskets of beach towels, ice machine, coolers, beach wagons, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enough dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans and tools for grilling. They thought of everything. A shot walk to the beach. No need to leave. This house has something for everyone. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a group of 15 and loved every bit of this house. We used all of the amenities, loved having the pool. The beach and bath towels were so nice. Loved having the extra ice machine - super helpful!! The bathrooms and kitchen were super clean, updated and nice. The location for us was perfect. It was close to restaurants, 3 minute drive to beach, loved walking to the bayside of island to look at crabs. Would definitely recommend this house 100%!!

Wonderful House

The listing is depicted accurately. Everything was immaculate. There were plenty of different venues in the house to give everyone the ability to do some type of activity. The furnishings fit the size of the house with plenty of seating/relaxing available. If you want a good night sleep, the mattresses and sheets are 5-star hotel quality. Along with the beach chairs, wagons and coolers, it makes a trip to the beach easy. We would stay again.

Rent it!! You won't regret it!

We were a total of 11 adults including one toddler. The house had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and common space for us plus more if need be! We absolutely loved the kitchen equipped with anything you can ever need for your cooking needs. I must mention that the house is a three-floor home; therefore, you do have to carry stuff up and down stairs. If you have problems with mobility, this might be an issue for you. The game room was excellent for spending time with the younger adults while some spent time in the pool. The outside area was very cute and a nice option for returning from a long beach day. I highly recommend this home for your next trip to SPI. We will certainly be booking it in the future! Thank you for opening up your home to us.

Family Vacation

This property rental was very nice and lots of room for all of us. The house pretty much has everything. We were surprised to find it even had a pack n play and highchair perfect for one of the kiddos. Backyard well fenced in for our fur babies and kids while they enjoyed the pool, and we enjoyed gilling. The downstairs game room was a lot of fun for the family. BBQ pits were available, but I had brought my own. We stayed a week and during the week there was some construction of a new build but in general it wasn't too much noise. management was very nice and helpful and located just across the street. They even let us park our trailer next to them during our stay. Big thank for helping us. Till next time thank you! Garon's Family

Amazing home for large groups!

Your house was perfect! It is beautiful, clean, spacious and has a lot of fun amenities that our group of 17 enjoyed. We loved cooking at the island/stocked cooking area and there were enough seats for our large group to eat together and play cards. We got a lot of use out of the shuffle board, darts, pool table and pool area. The game room is definitely an added bonus that we loved. The beach is only two blocks away and we were thankful for the towels, wagon and coolers that you supplied. We enjoyed our dinners out at F & B and Viva. They were both delicious, had wonderful service and were not too far of a walk. We used the trolley to visit the sea turtles, the candy shop, souvenir stores, etc. We had a wonderful trip and the house did not disappoint. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We would definitely rent from you again! The beach is a short walk and we were thankful for the towels, wagon and coolers that you supplied. We enjoyed both of our dinners out at F & B and Viva, they were both delicious, had wonderful service and are only a short walk. Our South Padre Island Vrbo was a radiant gem for our four families, a vibrant escape filled with laughter and cherished moments. The house enveloped us in comfort, its expansive layout perfectly suited for our lively group. Just across the main road from South Padre’s glistening beach, we relished the short walk to the shore, where days melted into waves and sandy toes. One starry evening, we embarked on a spontaneous late-night stroll to Whataburger, savoring shakes and fries with giggles under the island sky.The kitchen, the heart of our gatherings, shone with excellent cooking utensils, making group meals a delight—though we did need to grab a strainer to complete the set. A comical hiccup arose when we tried to boil water on “high,” only to wait over an hour for it to warm, thanks to mislabeled stove knobs. With a bit of tinkering, we switched the knobs back to their proper spots, and our culinary rhythm was restored.The outdoor pool was a sparkling oasis, beckoning us to dive in and bask in the South Padre sun, its cool waters a perfect retreat for both kids and adults.
