5-person chalet at the foot of Mont Blanc

Rustic chalet (refuge type) of 3 bedrooms, located in a beautiful rural setting in Saint Nicolas de Véroce, at the foot of Mont-Blanc, with a view of the whole valley. The chalet dates from 1956, is simple, but charming. The chalet is located in a small hamlet, in a quiet and majestic environment. (5* Hotel lovers: refrain because the chalet is in its "juice"). 2 small bedrooms downstairs + 1 bedroom upstairs with attic (18m2, max height 1.90m) accessible by an EXTERNAL staircase. PGJyPg
Please note that the room upstairs does not have a water point and is accessible by an EXTERNAL staircase.
Garden of 200m2 in front of the chalet, overlooking nature.
Very pleasant 7m2 kitchen with a beautiful view. Shower room with toilet.

As explained, the chalet is simple, rustic but very pleasant.
Tenants must bring their own sheets and towels. ( There are 4 beds of 90cm, 1 bed of 140cm) .
Heating: please note that this is a chalet dating from 1957. It is equipped with new convectors, but tenants are asked not to abuse energy standards. Do not exceed 19° in the chalet, and above all it is requested to lower all the convectors when you are away. THANK YOU for your respect!
The chalet is eco-friendly.

There is a filter coffee machine, a raclette machine, pots, pans, pie dishes, dishes, does everything.. There is a washing machine, a dishwashing machine.

There is a small "crossroads" shop in St Gervais, a large intermarché in Le Fayet. There is a supermarket in St Nicolas de veroce. Very good bakery in St Nicolas de Veroce (in the hotel armancette). Shuttle 400m from the chalet (stop la combe) going to the SNCF train station, St gervais, Le bettex, St Nicolas de Véroce

In summer, there is a parking space along the chalet.

PARKING: in winter, if there is snow around the chalet, it is not possible to park along the chalet. Nor just below the impasse du cabris: because private car parks.
It is therefore requested to park further away (possibility of large car parks at Chattrix, or at St Nicolas de véroce).

Nous avons communiqué avec l'hôte avant notre départ.Par contre, nous avons découvert que la 3eme chambre était à l'extérieur, avec une entrée indépendante avec escalier et aucun sanitaire en haut.Les équipements sont corrects.Quelques vérifications sur la literie et les couettes seraient appréciables (propreté...)
