The listing is quite misleading and I can't agree that it was exceptional. We had an ok stay, but if the listing had been more accurate, I would not have chosen this property. Pros:- adorable decor - Spacious even though we had 6 people- Back bedrooms are quiet (front bedrooms hear a lot of street noise)- Good communication with the host (until we complained)- Lovely table that seats 8, not 10- Beds comfortable - hot showers (but hot water runs out quickly)Now the problems:- Sacré Couer is an 18-20 minute walk, not 10. This property is in a really rough area far from anything tourists might want to see. I also can't agree that it's great for families - one evening we came back and there were two guys drinking sitting right in front of our door and they weren't too keen to move.- No air conditioning - the wall units don't work, making the whole place super stuffy.- Glass doors that open right to the street feel not very safe.- only two showers, not 3 as listed- Hair on the sheets in every single bed. - not very clean - cockroaches and moths, socks left behind under the bathroom sink from a previous renter. - only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and not extra linens for bath or kitchen - just one little towel for the kitchen- just a washer - no dryer; impossible to dry the laundry because there's just one little rack and no air movement- no soap in dispensersShould be described as a budget property where you'll have to buy additional amenities
