This magnificent house is divided into four distinct apartments (details below), offering each tenant total privacy while allowing them to enjoy all the facilities of the house. Independence and privacy:



Although the apartments are located in the same house, each space is designed to preserve the independence of the occupants. Each apartment has its own entrance, ensuring maximum privacy.

Swimming Pool: All apartments have access to a large swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and cooling off during the hot summer days.



Large terrace with sea view: A vast communal terrace, directly overlooking the sea, is accessible to all. It is the perfect place to relax, have an outdoor meal, or simply enjoy the splendid view.

Villa of 240m2 on 2 floors / 10 sleeping spaces with large swimming pool, direct beach access.

On the ground floor: a huge living room with fireplace and fully equipped American kitchen, a bedroom with 3 single beds, WC.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds each and an additional double bed, 2 bathrooms with WC. Equipment: Washing machine, TV, high-speed WiFi.



No. 2 L'Arquet



Two-bedroom apartment of 50 m2 in duplex (3 sleeping spaces) with a 25m2 terrace directly overlooking the beach.

On the ground floor: Living room/dining area with a breakfast bar and sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen.

Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed + a single bed, desk area, bathroom, separate toilet. Equipment: washing machine, TV, high-speed WiFi. Private 25m2 terrace



No. 3 THE HUT



T2 apartment of 45 m2/ 3 sleeping spaces in total. A living room with a fully equipped American kitchen and sofa bed. Bathroom with WC. A large bedroom with a double bed and an additional sleeping space (single bed) in a (small) mezzanine. Equipment: washing machine, high-speed WiFi. Terrace and garden



No. 4 The Calanque



T2 apartment of 40 m2/ 4 sleeping spaces in total. A living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Bathroom with WC. One bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with 2 single beds. Private terrace of 20m². Equipment: High-speed WiFi, washing machine, microwave oven.



Located on the edge of the charming village of Carro, the Carro Beach House complex enjoys a privileged location, halfway between Marseille and Arles. Between the calanques and the Camargue, it offers an exceptional natural setting.



Easily accessible by train from La Couronne or by plane via Marseille-Provence airport (just 25 minutes away), we nevertheless recommend having a vehicle to freely explore the coast.



An ideal place to relax, practise a sporting activity or learn water sports in a preserved environment.
