Location was excellent near Marais as well as main train and metro stations. Nice pedestrian-only areas east and west for cafes and shopping. An easy 15 minute walk to the river. Usual street noise with windows open but that is to be expected in central Paris. Beds and sofa bed were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and refrigerator sufficient in size. Quiet building. Only real issue was the lack of efficient HVAC - each room had a portable A/C unit but not vented outside. So any cooling effect was offset by the warm exhaust - we ended up leaving them off. The back bedroom got quite warm even with September temperatures of 75'F daytime. Overall, good unit in a great location.
